Great, huge hotel with all facilities, nice big rooms. We stayed there for just one night before heading home because it is very close to the airport (10 minutes). Huge pool and wonderful little lake where you can paddle in a canoe and watch varans and monkeys. We travelled with two small children (5 and 7) and they loved it, too!

The hotel hasa big garden at sea,a lot of space in low season,even hammocks.Nice big pool.The beach is nice , you can swim there in low season,wawes are not so big.Only con is that the beach was not cleaned two days, our last day we saw it was cleaned,a lot of stones,corals and other staff,I think that Sheraton should clean it every day!It was low season(June) not so many people,but you must keep the standard!
Breakfast very good,a lot of choice,warm baked croissants,thai food,fruits..But the best we liked at Sheraton was service,especially manager was very professional and helpful.

Meine Frau und ich waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders erwaehnungswert ist der gute Service und das Fruehstuecksbuefett.
Der Nachsaison - Sonderpreis von 60 Euro ist angemessen, aber ca. 250 bis 350 Euro in der Hauptsaison, ist fuer ein Superior Zimmer im 4 Sterne Hotel bei weitem uebertrieben.

Great service, friendly staff, really nice bungalos style.. good location, can go to the beach and beach front shops 10 min by walk, and they also offer a free transport to anywhere and anytime you want with the hotel driver... very nice people!! reception with good english no problems at all!!! I recomend this place for who wants to relax and be close to everything at the same time!! ahh free internet and a beautiful yellow labrador to play with!! I just love it!

Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is impressive and the breakfast well done. A short walk to the beach but with the pool, no need to worry. Town is closely and the hotel staff arranged tours for us.

I must recommend this resort to anyone thinking of going to Krabi area. In my opinion this is the best resort in Aonang. The level of service and professionalism was outstanding as were the views from our room. Excellent!

Wonderful location however the room had 2 occasion of electricity tripping. Breakfast vouchers purchased at reception cheaper than if you had approached the restaurant directly. Instructions were not conveyed clearly. Easily accessible to food and massage centers. Would stay there again.

Hôtel magnifique...
Mais service d étage pas à la hauteur...pas de service d étage après notre 1ere nuit donc serviettes non changées, lit non fait, plus de savon...
Après la 2ieme nuit, à 16h la femme de chambre n est toujours pas passée...y a t il donc un service d étage dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles???
De plus, coupure d eau générale en fin de journée donc pas de douche possible après une journée de plage.
Et quand la femme de chambre fait enfin son apparition, elle rentre dans la chambre sans frapper à 9h du matin...
Sans oublier l énorme cafard rencontré en pleine nuit dans la salle de bain...
Comme quoi, l'habit ne fait pas le moine!!!
Après 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, nous préférons changer d hôtel.Nous sommes très déçus des prestations.

The hotel though rather away from the main town and attractions is perfect for a quiet vacation and getaway.
the hotel decor and landscaping were great, very comfortable and relaxing and the facilities more than adequate.
The staff were very polite and helpful, to the extent of providing a mobile contact number so one could call them at any time for anything one might need. Anita & Nop scored top marks for service excellence, seeing to everything one could possibly need at any time of the day or night.
A beautiful property with the sea at your doorstep and dining at the edge of the beach- a perfect respite from hustle and bustle of city life.
A definite recommendation for anyone seeking a quiet, restful and peaceful getaway.

It's really quiet and good for relaxing. Staffs are friendly and always smiling. This hotel is not so big, but enough for my family. The location is not so convinient, due to the bit far from shops and the other hotels. However the free shuttle bus service to Aonang beach and Tup Kaek Beach is useful.

うわさ通りの綺麗なホテルと、親切なスタッフ達で非常に満足の出来るものでした。エリア的には、決して便のいいところではありませんが、アオナンへは１日２本の無料送迎が利用出来、特に不便は感じませんでした。また、時間外でも有料で送迎して貰えました。不満な点を挙げるとしたら、ホテル前のビーチが汚すぎることです。そこをきちんと整備すれば、もっともっと利用者は増えるだろうと思うし、また泊まってみたいと思えるようになる筈です。

Good standard of Hotel. Staff very friendly . Pool a little disappointing, very shallow, and not big enough to exersise in.
Gym next to bar with glass doors, only 3 pieces of equipment, hence didnt use it.
Adora Suite was nice, but the outlook wasnt as we expected, basically no outlook !
Would not return back to Krabi, but Hotel was fine

We liked the fact that the accommodation was spread out amongst the grounds.Making it seem quite private. Grounds are beautiful lots of trees and even a lake.

This was our first visit to south Thailand and wanted something special for our wedding aniversary. Timing has it that we booked during Monsoon season and with much luck we did not have one day of rain our entire stay. Temps where tropical, perfect for lazy days at the pool and beach.
We stayed in a sea side bungalow. This was a good value and only steps away from the beach. Not a 5 star room (a bit outdated), but everything worked and we slept just fine.
Bring bug spray, not a lot of misquitos but some did leave their impression on us.
The staff where all smiles and helped us in every way needed. Their english skills are more than adequate to provide excellent service.
During Monsoon season the crowds are greatly reduced which made prices lower than normal. Dont be afraid to ask for special prices. We quickly found prices can be dropped 25%-50% from peak season.
The resort is older, but still kept nicely. The grounds are covered in palms and has very nice gardens and flowers everywhere. Truely a tropical paradise. The beach is isolated and uncrowded, yet easy walking distance to the public beach and shopping area.
We used the tour service at the hotel to book an all day speed boat tour of surrounding islands. Discounted pricing made this trip the best buy and highlight of our stay. KOH PHI PHI Island tours is a professionally run company, I recommend it to anyone that likes white sand powder beaches, snorkling and beautiful seascape tours. The guides where professional and friendly.
If quiet and isolation is what you are looking for, this resort has what you want. We will never forget our time in the land of smiles.

Die Anlage ist vom Stil her sehr gelungen. Dies gilt auch uneingeschränkt für die Zimmerr, die geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet sind. Die Anlage ist noch sehr neu, was sich auf die Vegetation nicht positiv auswirkt. Die Bäume und Sträucher brauchen mindestens noch ein Jahr, um ihre Wirkung voll zu entfalten.
Einschränkungen gibt es für den Service im Restaurant (insbes. ein Oberkellner) und an der Rezeption. Beide Stellen wollen nur möglichst teure Angebote verkaufen. Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant und der Ausflüge, gebucht von der Rezeption, entspricht nicht den im Vergleich zur Umgebung erhöhten Preisen.
Wir haben insgesamt aber doch einen sehr positiven Eindruck von der Anlage.

The toilet is nice, however the room layout could be better as the room are not cosy enough. The variety of the buffet breakfast is limited. The staff are friendly but they can't communicate well in english. Free wifi at room as well as free computer access at hotel reception area. Overall is still ok, but the shuttle service should be more frequent though as the trips are very short.

A small, intimate and thoroughly pleasant hotel situated in an excellent position in Ao Nang. We elected to stay an extra few days but were unable to acquire the competitive rates we'd booked at from your website. Your rate was excellent value, the one offered by the hotel was not. WE'd certainly go to this hotel again if the price was right.

I was here in Krabi for a wedding. This resort was a great combination of everything. The service was amazing. It was very personalized and helpful. The resort was beautiful. The pool is amazing and wraps around the entire hotel. The view from the pool is also breathtaking. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. My only issue with this resort is the location. It was about a 15 minute walk from any eateries, but I would definitely come back to this resort. We loved it. (and their breakfast buffet was delicious)

Wir wuerden gerne eines anmerken:
Wenn das Hotel schon komplett leersteht sollte man die wenigen Gaeste nicht in Zimmer platzieren welche nebeneinander liegen.
In unseren Fall haben wir in einem Zimmer neben einem Paar mit zwei Kinder gewohnt.
Das Paar wollte es verstaendlicherweise etwas ruhiger haben, wir dagegen wollten um 23:00 Uhr schoin noch TV sehen...
So kam es zu einigen besen Blicken welche vermeidbar gewesen waeren....

Hotel is very run down, everything is old and worn, and a lot of thing (pool beds/bar tables) were broken. The hot looks nothing like the pictures.
Hotel was clean and staff were reasonably helpful.
Not a bad place to stay if you have low expectations of it and get a good rates, but at current prices, there is better value elsewhere in Ao Nang. We had higher expectations due to the photos and so were disappointed (enough to move change hotels).

We liked the minimalist concept

We liked the minimalist concept of the resort. It was small, quiet and quaint, although located further away from the Aonang shopping stretch. There were tiny ants however in our rooms (on the dressing table and toilet sink area). Other than that, we thought it was an idyllic tuck away from the hustle and bustle of Aonang. We'll probably try another resort in the future if we revisit Krabi but wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to those looking for an affordable stay.

Facilities wise, downpoint is they don't provide free transport to the shopping area and there's no hair dryer.
The service provided by the staffs are exceptional!
Location is a bit far from the beach and the shopping streets.

Ideal for couples who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic places. With 17 cotages it's small and cosy. Well maintained and beautiful garden. You eat right next to the pool with view on the ocean that is only 50 meters away. Kilometers of beach all to yourself. Free kayaks available, free tours are great. Nice to visit the busy spots like Krabi and Ao Nang and than get back to the quietness of the hotel. Also the free DVD-corner is a nice extra.
One negative point is that because you are miles away from the nearest town Krabi, you have to take the hotelfood, which is nice, but not very variable. After a day or 6 you have tried it all. And the prices are rather high, especially the cocktails (250 TB).

I booked this hotel because of high review scores on tripadvisor.com. Yes, it's a small hotel with very friendly staff, however, you need to pay attention that:
1. Breakfast: you need to wait for 1 hour normally, especially you travel with friends. And you don't have many choice if you stay more than 3 days. Positive point is you can have breakfast in the front of your room, but the hotel is too small, there are no difference and I prefer to have it in roof or you will have breakfast together with other guests in the front of rooms...
2. Small: Hotel is nice but really very small. You have nothing to do sometimes.
3. High price: Not only for room price, but also for the massage and taxi. So finally we book the massage and taxi by ourselves

コテージの清潔感もとても良いです
GWに3日間いましたが、日本人はゼロだったと思います
立地は中心地からビーチを歩いて一番奥にあり、少し遠いです
でもその分、行き止まりなので静かですね
プールも気持ちいいです
屋外のマッサージは蚊が多く、テクニックも最悪
朝食は、洋食・タイ料理と美味しかったです
