今回初めって泊まりましたがファシリティーも良くきれいでした。特に良かったのはホテルクラブからブッキング連絡が入って無く予約されてなかったのですが急遽部屋の準備してくれ25分待って入れてくれ気持ちよく対応してくれたので安心しました。次回からはホテルクラブに予約確認しようと思っていま。 朝食は食べませんせんでしたが8時～12時とゆっくりできそうです。 次回も泊まります。

A great value hotel, I stayed in the deluxe room, it was very large, comfortable bed and good quality sheets and towels. The room was always cleaned to a high standard and the whirlpool beth was great (although took about 45 mins to fill). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would give the breakfast 7 out of 10 and all the food was of resonable value.

Not a bad hotel at all. Location is great. Not too far from the craziness of Pattaya Beach, but far enough to give a needed break. Rooms were clean and modern, but rather uncomfortable. The backless desk chair was practically unusable. And I'm not quite sure what the designer was thinking by pairing the couch with a ridiculously low coffee table. Basically the room looked nice, but was a pain to stay in. Except the bed. It was hard as a rock and fantastic. Bathroom and shower were nice. The rest of the hotel was great with the exception of the breakfast buffet, which for the price was very underwhelming. Dinner and appetizers at the restaurant were about average. The pool was very nice - comfortable lounge chairs, a decent bar, good service and a fantastic view. The staff at this hotel set it apart in a very good way. They were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great, relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Location is very good. There are now a new building from sunshine hotels, it looks very nice. I have a little trouble with the staff but at the end it was ok.

Hotel is OK. AC in my room didn't work so I was changed to a diff room. This place is guest friendly. The swimming pool is very bad. I hope the hotel management will address this once they finish the construction of the new tower.

It is an outstanding hotel. Great staff and great place to stay in. Truly a 5 star accommodation.

I had no idea what i am getting for my money when i booked this hotel in the heart of Pattaya. I booked the hotel for only 4 nights first not knowing if i am going to like it or not. I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived ... i stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and i was amazed how nice, clean and modern this was.It also had a very nice kitchen fully equiped in case you want to cook something and also a washer and dryer for washing your own clothes. I extended my stay simply because of the comfort and great value. It really is a great bargain... the staff it's very friendly and accomodating and the hotel also has a very nice swimming pool on top of the hotel and also a very nice night club called the Ice Bar..Very well kept hotel ... trully luxury hotel at modest price... i will return to this hotel for sure ... it's been an absolute pleasure staying there and i highly recommend it.

I have been to this hotel eight times. I was just there in April and I'm already planning a trip back there in a few months. This hotel is modern and super clean. The entire staff is a joy . Everyone on the staff is attentive and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my relatives and to my friends.

This hotel is the best hotel on Walking Street. None of the other hotels in the area can compare with the Siam Bayshore. First, it is at the end of Walking Street which mean it is quiet. But, it is a short distance from shoppping and entertainment. The huge grounds are like a tropical paradise. You walk to your room under covered walkways surrounded by trees, huge bird-nest ferms, orchids, fountains, and koi ponds. The grounds are very well maintained. There is a huge pool in the center which rivals anything that Las Vegas has to offer. There are also tennis courts and an exercise room. And I believe that this hotel is one of the very few hotels that has a large parking lot. The rooms are very special since they are very modern, clean, and very quiet. The housekeeping staff is wonderful! As a matter of fact, the entire staff and management is wonderful. I strongly suggest that you include the breakfast option with your room. The breakfast buffet has all types of food from American to Asian. A real plus is that the hotel has a second pool on a large patio overlooking the beach. The hotel has a buffet dinner at night on this patio. At night, this is the most romantic spot in Pattaya. I have been to this hotel eight times over the last few years and I would never consider staying anywhere else.

Nice staff- wonderful manager who tries to engage each guest- pool area comfortable, rooms clean- liked the layout and smallness of the place. Beach area became too crowded with vendors always trying to sell you something. Restaurant food only ok- but enjoyed my stay.

My husband & I absolutely love this place! I simply can't say enough good. The rooms were clean, very tastefully decorated, pristine grounds, lovely beachfront setting, great food, gratious & thoughtful service people ..... I could go on. We loved the private secluded feel of the residence even though just a few blocks from the hustle & bustle of front street shopping.

very clean. very nice service. very good view. If you go to Pattaya for having a rest, you should stay here. The hotel has quite nice view and good service. But If you go to Pattaya for enjoying night or something, you'd better choice another places. because it's too far from hat pattaya and hat jomtien and the other place in center of pattaya. They offer the shuttle service that is from hotel to the center of Pattaya. But there are nothing near this hotel..:( but I love this place. and I wanna stay again here, if I go to Pattaya again.

Hotel is good but not in center of pattaya. It is nice for family vacation who prefer some place private and very calm.

Brilliant friendly staff, hotel is excellent and enjoyed our stay there very much. very quite location yet very convienent to everything. Only problem was with sunbeds around the pool, you have to be there very early to get one, otherwise you have to go to the beach.

好: 今次是帶小朋友(3-10歲)同行,取房時見我們有小朋友,自動UPGRATE了一間較大的房間,非常細心,而且有一位會說普通話的服務員. (2) LOBBY 很大, 環境都靚 (3)房間上落泳池方便 改善: (1) 剛好其中一個泳池維修, 少了地方玩. (2) 早餐只包2位大人, 就算想加入給小朋友吃,但每位小朋友都要THB350以上, 太貴, 最後小朋友吃快餐算了. (3)浴室內抽氣差 (4) 園景房較舊,是時候要維修

Great location, can walk everywhere, ultra modern, clean, great value! A hidden gem in Pattaya

This hotel is located very conviently near Walking Street. But it is noisy, expensive (for what it is) and not very hygenic. It can only be called average.

Room was great, quiet. i enjoyed my stay. only complaint was air condition in bedroom was making noise sometime waking me up from sleep

If this place wasnt so expensive I would stay here a lot more.

ห้องค่อนข้างเล็กเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมในราคาเดียวกัน อาจจะเป็นเพราะอยุ่ในเมืองเดินทางสะดวก ไม่มีรถก็สามารถมาได้ อาหารรสชาติโอเค แต่มีน้อยไปหน่อย สระว่ายน้ำมี 2 สระ ฝรั่งค่อนข้างเยอะมาก โดยรวม ก็ดีค่ะ

立地と環境は良いと思いますが、部屋の掃除が不十分で、ベットも湿っていました。スパと表通りのコーヒーショップは大変良かったですよ！

Stayed here twice. Its good,but not perfect. New build,but already showing signs of wear and tear.Front facing (courtyard) rooms preferred to rear (no view) rooms. Modern layouts,and a few gimmicks too.Many patrons are Korean and Japanese. A few seconds to both Beach and Second Road,and five mins to that over-rated attraction known as Walking Street. Good little fitness centre with treadmills,nice pool,top floor sundeck. Two elevators. Free in-room wifi. Very noisy corridors though,and can hear activity in adjoining rooms. A nice place. Feels very safe.

it was my fist time booking with [...]and it work out well got there late that night .but it was good hotel this is my 4 time staying at the hotel one of the best in pattaya

Good value buget hotel right in the heart of the action. friendly staff for the most part. Very safe and though in the busiest part of town i stayed there with my wife and daughter we found the area relaxed and layed back. will book again.

This is a complete 5 star resort. Amazingly the website does not really play up the pools, slides and waterfalls but this place rivals anything in hawaii. heaven for kids and the service was attentive and polite throughout our stay. room service great and reasonably priced. Surprise, an adult 25 meter lap pool next to the gym and the spa was supreme. Even the beach vendors were polite and had good wares. If the town would get their act together and clean up the ocean I would go back more often.

The location of this hotel is quite good because it's close to the beach, no road between hotel and beach. It's quite suitable for family because everyone can enjoy its big water park. The only thing I don't like for the guest room is its bathroom because there is no door. They use curtain instead. This may not a good idea for guests who stay with kids. Other things else are ok for me.

Everything is ok. However, no room service during the night time and not many choice on breakfast.

地點較差，但幸好有接駁嘟嘟車，游泳池非常漂亮，早餐多樣有變化也很好，雙人床稍小了一點，對胖的來說實在太小了，不過整體來說還算不錯，值得一再前往的飯店。

The rooms are basic and clean with a great sea view, especially if you're up on the high floors. Unfortunately that is negated by the unfriendly staff, who in general find it an effort to smile and be civil, especially the front desk, definitely needs attention.

There are too many seminar groups that make the hotel too crowded and elevator is too small. But Staffs have very nice service mind. And Sea view from balcony is fantastic.

Hotel staff was friendly and spoke great English, which was important for us since we know very little Thai. The pool area was fantastic, and to get to the beach you just walk through the pool and across the 2-lane road and you're there! The location was great for us because we wanted some of the nightlife. If you don't want to be near bars, this is not a great location for you, and it can be a bit noisy when you're by the pool with the traffic from the road. but these things didn't other us in the least. One negative from our trip was that they were continuing renovations on the hotel so it was very noisy at the hotel, but this ultimately improves the hotel so we weren't bothered by it. And it was only during the day from about 10am to 7pm, so we were able to sleep late without being bothered! If you're worried about it, just go to the beach where the waves drown out the noise of the road and the construction. The pool area is utterly fabulous though, complete with a fake beach (that has real sand!) . You definitely get the feel you are ate high-priced resort when you are out by that pool.

good hotel would go back again

街の中心に位置し、便利です。ホテルは外観こそ老朽化が目立つものの部屋の内装などは清潔が保たれて、スタッフの教育もいきとどいています。 ロビー向かいのラウンジには無料のパソコンが二台あり、助かりました。

Good hotel , my second stay here , location is great with central festival shopping centre virtually next door ,and bars galore all round , had a deluxe room in the tower block and found that much better than the garden wing room I had previously .will be back again next year

ビーチまで歩いて2，3分。ビアバーやアルカサールも２、3分の立地。乗合タクを使えば、どこに行くにも便利でした。 バスタブが必須の人はいいと思う。朝食はバラエティも豊富でよい。

Nice place to take some rest

A truly beatufiul hotel... rooms/suites, are MASSIVE, the place is very clean, with very large floor to ceiling windows... I stayed at a one bedroom corner suite- the room has that "wow" factor the moment you walk in. This LK property puts the other 13 in the Pattay area to shame. And by a long shot, at that. However... this is where the good news ends. While maybe trivial to the average traveler, some of the most vital amenities for me (a 2-3 month visitor to Pattaya) lack: Internet. Come on.. it's 2011. Internet isn't a bonus or a complimentary service: it's a necessity- no different than a bed or a shower in a hotel room. Unfortunately, the investors behind this property, don't seem to get that. Yeah, there is wi-fi here, but they have one main router, for three large buildings. The signal is weak on a good day, and on many, non existant. Doing business on my laptops, staying in touch with clients, was a nightmare. Believe it or not, the only reason I checked out weeks ahead of my scheduled date and moved to another hotel, was the staff's reluctance to address the issue- they don't seem to get it. I suppose for some of them the internet is a novelty still... a casual thing, used for Facebook, or the occasional online card game. However, if a reliable internet signal is vital to you, this hotel will disappoint. One month into my stay, and countless pleas with the manager, and the issue was not resolved, they just dont seem to care. Other guests mirrored my complaints, but nothing is being done. TV reception: I dont much care for tv, but... it seems a similar problem to internet seems to plague this gorgeous property: the signal is awful... of the 50 or 60 channels or so you'll get, maybe 5 will have good clear picture - the rest will be sufficient as background viewing while you do your work, but certainly not good for evening vieweing. I also asked about this, and... they came in, put in a new tv... made not difference... played with the cables- made no difference, and gave up. The reception in buildings A B and C, is fine, as I've checked. Building D (my building) is terrible. Clearly the wiring in the walls was poorly done. Telephone: same thing. I dont really need it but... even calling room service is a chore, as the phone also have awful reception (I know this sounds repetitive...) and sometimes you just can't hear anything. I'd hang up, tap the phone a few times and try again. And finally... location... I like walking (I'm a fitness buff) but even for me, then 3-4 km or so walk from here to the beach, at times, would get a little tiresome. This place really is "out there" in the middle of nowhere it seams. You hear dogs barking here, and the sounds of crickets at night- seriously- there is nothin' around here. I guess this is why (presently) you can score a room here for a mere $45 US. That, considering the property- is a massive steal. A room of this quality, in a hotel this upscale, closer to the beach, will run you $120+ (seriously, the rooms here are better, than at the Holiday Inn, and some would say as good if not better, than at the Hilton (I've stayed at both). If you don't mind the drawbacks (a 5 min motorbike ride to central Pattaya) or virtually no internet/tv/phone service... then you'll love this place. Aside from the bad I mentioned, it looks, and feels, truly, like a 5-star luxury hotel. Everything is new, slick, spacious, beautiful... and truly breathtaking. But if being connected with the outside world is important to you... I'd recommend against this place. One month was fine for me, and I won't be coming back again- at least- not until the realize that a $2000/month hotel room (1 bed suite), ought to have a reliable internet/tv/phone signal, available as a given.

離BC有一段距離,要做約5~10分鐘的摩托車. 在巷子最裡面,隔壁有全家便利商店還有摩托車站.外出還挺方便. 早餐樣式很少,不過夠吃了.游泳池超大,還有陽台.房間也很乾淨舒適. 如果三個人,千萬不要訂三人房,因為他們根本沒有三人房. 我訂了三人房結果只給我一張大床.後來在櫃檯堅持很久才給加床. 下次在去Pattaya我還是會住在這裡

It will be great hotel maybe sometime next year; however, they are not ready yet!!! While I was staying they were still working on the hotel, so it was very loud and most of amenities were not ready, such as swiming pool. Also the location is bad, not as shown the map.

The hotel location is good, near the beach, shopping center and much more.. But now it was not complete construction. The parking is full of dirt. The room is OK, it has big bathroom with good bathtub. The bed is good. It has LCD TV with local cable TV. All the electric component are control by the central control panel but I think it cannot control the A/C at all. I don't have a deep sleep because it was very cold all night.

酒店職員態度親切，房間按摩浴缸寬敝舒適。由於本人正遇上潑水節，附近之酒吧開放時間較長及較嘈。

The was great for the price. The rooms were big and spacious. Nice bathrooms! comfy beds. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet style and really good. They will make eggs to your liking and you can have fresh bread every morning. They were doing construction on the hotel and we were close to it, but they stopped working at a decent hour and didn't start working until around 9 or so. So unless you are a light sleeper and plan on taking afternoon naps the construction really didn't bother us. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. overall a really good experience I would stay here again Very good location close to food, shopping and entertaiment

Beautiful resort in a unique setting. Just a little bit out of the way though. Infiniti restaurant excellent.
