The hotel iteself has nothing to complain about, but for the price offered (and especially their walk-in rate which is over 4000 Baht), you better find something better located. Even though they offer free ride to Pattaya second road, the hotel is in the middle of major construction sites, and the soi is very dusty. Bathroom is smallish, wi-fi is overpriced (but the same price is everywhere in Mercure hotels in Thailand). Breakfast is also too expensive - for 10 USD you can have a great lunch or even dinner in Pattaya, not just breakfast.

Beware of water scam
Rooms are clean and comfortable, wifi is very expensive but worst surprise was the water bottles in the mini bar were charged at 190 Baht each £4 for a small bottle. They also have a hotel seal and are placed at the front. I consider this to be a shameless scam on the part of the Mercure. Beware!

Very Good Value
This hotel was centrally located, and even provided a free shuttle to the main street. Very clean and a very good breakfast at a bargain price. Only the bathrooms/shower could use some remodelling.

ゴルフのThailand Open開催時、選手の宿泊ホテルとなっていました。リゾートホテルの割には部屋はさほど広くは無いけれども、清潔でアメニティーも充実しています。 メインストリートのセカンドストリートまでホテル専用ソンテウが送迎してくれます。

Hotel agreable et très prope.
Hotel agreable et très prope. Le personnel est charmant et très serviable. Bien que Cet Hotel soit situé dans une petite rue un peu sinistre il est proxilité du centre ville et il est près de tout. L'hotel dispose d'un systeme de navette gratuite pour aller en ville et d'une tres belle et agreable piscine. Belles chambres agreablese et propres, la salle de bain est petite mais l'ensemble est bien conçu. Demander de preference une chambre avec vue sur la piscine.

走時Check-out 原來佢Check好左都沒有通知我們 我們在大堂等了差不多半小時問他.先說原來OK左 >!< 問他們有沒有入住他們酒店可拿泰國航空飛行里數 好不肖的說我們經公司訂酒店,當然沒有(但之前試過可以拿的) 左近有地盤進行( 好嘈 )!入住後馬上換房好彩都OK!
