B-Lay Tong Phuket - MGallery Collection

The hotel in overall is nice. The location quite fine but you need to walk some 2 km to main city area. However the staff is not really proactive when trying to solve some basic issues of the hotel guests. The transfer from/to hotel arranged by the hotel itself is really expensive and asking the hotel reception to arrange a taxi from the hotel to the airport, which is still double the price when traveling by meter taxi from the airport to Patong, is out of question. Needed taxi - no help in arranging taxi was provided - I had to walk some 1 km to find a free one in the city center. In my opinion I would expect more from the staff.

I really can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel. While it's a little expensive you get what you pay for. The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to attend to your needs. The pool is lovely, the rooms are clean and the food is very good. It's far enough away from bangla road not to be bothered by noise but close enough to walk (about 15 mins) or 200 Bhat in a tuk-tuk. If I go back to to Phuket I'll stay here again.

The hotel was more than I expected. There were many hotels in Phuket that I remember passing glad that I wasn't staying at. However, B Lay Tong was a clean, quiet escape from everything expected with Thailand.

Great room, loved the bed, nice pool. Have to walk a little to the shops.

Not too far from all the fun but just right to get away from it all. About a 15 min scenic walk to Bangla road and jongcylon shopping mall.

Von ausen ein bisschen sckicht. Sehr schoene Zimmer, die Minnibar wird taeglich kostenlos aufgefuellt. Auch das Fruehstuecksbuffet erfuellt alle Wuensche. Nur die Wassermenge der Dusche und die Regulierbarkeit der Themperatur laesst zu Wuenschen uebrig. Das Hotelpersonal sehr Freundlich Zuvorkommend und Grosszuegueg.

Lage des Hotels klasse, außerhalb des Trubels aber in Laufnähe. Super Pool und großes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel hinkt jedoch hinter anderen MGallerys hinterher, man hat uns beim check-out warten lassen um zu prüfen, ob das "Rauminventar noch komplett" war - einem 5* Haus absolut unwürdig, vermutlich aber dem Verhalten anderer Gäste geschuldet.

Können das B-Lay Tong nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr gepfelgte Anlage, klasse Service und die Preise sind auch o.k. Zur Innenstadt gelangt man in ca. 15 min langsamen Flußweges. Da die Straße entlang des Strandes verläuft, hat man allerdings immer was zu schauen. Der Strand selbst ist eher einsam, das richtige Leben spielt sich auch hier nach ca. 10 min Fußweg ab. Das das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist, stört keineswegs. Man hat im Gegenteil ein wenig Ruhe und wenn man will, den Trubel ganz in der Nähe. Jederzeit würden wir wieder im B-Lay Tong übernachten!
