secluded hotel near centre of Patong
I found the staff and the facilities at the hotel very good what lets it down is the cleanliness of the room. I had to complain because my bathroom was not cleaned for 7 days

I found a local restaurant called Mr Good very good with excellent food at a good price. It is near the Junglong shopping centre.

Staff were very good. Room was very good, bathroom normal. Room furnishings need updating as they are a bit 90's, beds were so so comfy though and the best air conditioning ever! Fox movies channel on the flat screen came in handy too! Buffet breakfast very good, international food in hotel available. Best resort in Patong. Internet room, 100 baht per hour, free wifi in lobby only. Pool area was just spectacular, mum and I really enjoyed that part too! Would stay there again, peaceful and a paradise. Good for families too!

not what it says on the tin
i have just come back from there...and just never felt at ease....the staff were rude from the off and when i decided to stay an extra day i was treated like i was some kind of person who was not going to pay for an extra night!!....my room was 500m from reception,basic and when i asked to be moved closer to reception the staff were completly unhelpfull. INFACT RUDE!

Cool Single Travel
Very amazing grounds, in a week I never saw it all. Close to beach, lots of activities, very cool pool bar. Only real drawback is the 1000 Baht fee to bring in a guest, which other hotels don't have.

The Resort was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants were good as was the food. Surprisingly not a lot of Thai food. Kids club area was excellent. The downside is that this resort and most of Phuket have been swamped by Russians giving the place a real lack of atmosphere. It didn't matter what time of day it was, 7am or 7pm someone would be smoking a cigar in the restaurant while you were eating. Also, for some reason you were not allowed in any of the 3 pools after 6pm no matter what the temperature. To sum up, a beautiful place that has been spoiled and unfortunately I wouldn't go back.

Excellent all aound except for the food. Hotel management should think seriously of raising the bar a few feet for the level of food served. The current food quality is not acceptable for a 4-5 start hotel. we had to skip breakfast a few times and eat out during lunchs and dinners.

Bon rapport qualité prix
trés bel hotel , bien situé dans Patong , prés de la plage à proximité du centre ville sans les nuisances festives de la nuit car trés grand parc .nous avons passés un bon séjour , magnifique piscine .
