Kamala Beach Resort (a Sunprime Resort)

We came to this hotel for 5 nights, and we loved it, we could not find anything to complain about, the only thing that I could find to quibble about was the prices of the meal's of a evening, we would have liked to eat in there restaurant once or twice but for the price of one adult you can have a meal for two on the beach front with drinks included. I would advise including breakfast in with your room price as there was lots to choose from and excellent friendly staff there to help and serve you tea and coffee as your cup empty's.

not recommended for the price my experience was very poor (no electricity for 2 nights,staff not even bothered and no refund or compensation) +had a room on top of a cheap karaoke type evening show. but even though 1)room is large but seems was furnished 40 years ago 2)cheap,cehap,cehap basic bathroom 3)staff at reception hardly speak ebglish,if you call, very likely to be ringing busy 4)views from room on swimming pool at night are nice not what i would recommend for a nice puhke holiday...

Hotel itself is huge with many pools. Room was clean and spacious. Just a bit irritated by the internet access as the wifi in the room costs extra, whereas wifi in the lobby was free of charge. But somehow I was told wifi at lobby was broken due to problems with ISP. But ironically the chargeable internet terminals were working.......so it's not convenient to use internet there.

If you are looking for a nice hotel where you can sit back and relax, I would recommend this hotel. The service was great, the pools were very clean, and the food was tasty. Make sure you check out the sunset from the hotel bar!

Facilities, amenities, food, service, staff and grounds are all just less than top 5 star . Rooms are clean and nice but are closer to just less than 4 star luxury. However overall this somewhat quiet location has one of best beaches in Phuket and hotel is right on beach. The many swimming pools are great to have as ther is always space. Resteraunt on site great food and reasonable. Service excellent. Small shops nearby walking distance and Kamala ver quiet town compared to Patong. Hotel, staff and overall experience was fantastic. Patong, golfing amd all other activities convenient if wanted but must say Kamala brash resort offers the 5 star experience if you want but at a pace you choose.

The beach is beautiful and so was the resort. Plenty of room for laying by the pool or the beach. Staff are very friendly and the food was good.

Excellent good val ue resort in the perfect spot right on the beach at Kamala Beach. Great pools, good size room with balcony. Highly recommended.

J'ai séjourné au Kamala Beach resort du 28/10/2011 au 09/11/2011. Tout est bien emplacement au bord de mer, plein de petit restaurant sur le sable pour diner, les 3 piscine, la plage et les plagistes pour 150 bath 2 transats pour la journée. Seul problème les chambres qui n'ont pas vu sur piscine donc la mienne. Les chambres sont très humide, la climatisation n'assèche pas l'air. Les draps, oreillers tout est humide! HEUREUSEMENT l'hotel en général est excellent. Ce qui fait un peu oublier les problèmes d'humidité de la chambre. INTERNET WIFI dans les 2 hall de l'hôtel. Je recommande et y retournerai avec plaisir.
