Fantastic hotel - great design,

Fantastic hotel - great design, good location and facilities (other than the lack of wifi facilities which was advertised but there was no wifi available. Too bad about the extra poor service. Worst reception service in a hotel ever, the only wonderful treatment came from the chef and the GM (I feel sorry for him, having to manage timebombs going off every so often).

très satisfait de mon séjour : acceueil parfait service parfait cuisine extra au restaurant et au room service QUE DU BONHEUR A RECOMMANDER SUPER

Très jolie chambre avec jacuzzi,

Très jolie chambre avec jacuzzi, superbe situation calme et près de Patong Beach env. 10 min en taxi......hélas Staff incompetent, aucune formation hôtelière, ne comprennent pas l'anglais, pas de déjeuner-buffet (à la carte; minimaliste) Hotel pas rodé. Grace au manager Mr. Matt nous avons finalement pu nous arranger. Le site de l'hotel est trop prétentieux pour la qualité des services
