The Kee Resort & Spa

We had a great time at this hotel and we happy that we splurged on the room with patio that led you right into the pool. Rooftop bar was a great place to have a drink and watch the sunset as well. It should be noted that this hotel, although new and very nice, is located just off Bangla Road (the craziest, most agressive, go-go bar, lady boy street in Phuket). If you are in your room with the door closed, you can't hear almost anything. However, once you step out, you can definitely hear the thumping bass and music from the very close by bars/clubs. It's not bad, just be warned that if you are looking to sit by a very quite and relaxing pool, this isn't it.

This hotel is modern and has the amenities you would expect. The hotels feels a bit cold, and lacks personality. Service was really not that good. Front desk staff are nice enough, but seem to lack customer service experience. our room safe was locked when we first arrived. The man that showed us to our room was the one who pointed it out and said somebody would be up to unlock it. Well, they never came, though we asked every day (4 days). The response was the same for the non-working hair dryer. They said somebody would come, but nobody did. I found the room light switch locations next to the bed inconvenient, specially the bathroom light. If you want to party, this is a great location near the bars. If you want a quieter time with a bit more Thai cultural experience, stay somewhere else. On check out the front desk calls housekeeping to check the room before you leave. We were told there was a missing item from the room. Some kind of book cover. After some time trying to figure out what they where talking about, the front desk just sad to forget it.

First off, the Kee Hotel is no where close to being a 5 star hotel. The staff is new therefore they don't know the first thing about how to treat a guest. The rooms are contemporary on the surface, but once you start using anything you see it's not quality products. Overall the only good thing about staying here is being literally next to Bang-La road. Other than that if you want a quality hotel DO NOT stay here, you will be dissapointed......

Central, very Freindly Great Facilities

Had an unbelievable time a the Kee. Great location right in the middle of the action. Best for singles and people looking to hit the clubs, dance, bars, etc. I don't think it is for people with kids personally but many of the guests had their children with them and they seemed to be doing fine. Patong beach is great for a quick swim or renting wave runners, para-sailing etc. but go to Phi Phi for the good snorkeling, diving, etc.

Good value through the HotelClub. Booking at reception they wanted to charge me about 40% more so I booked an extension to my stay from the room over the internet with HotelClub. The hotel is right in the heart of Patong - great location, just 50 yards from the start of the main night life area - if you are interested in the night life. Good access tot he beach and restaurants all round, plus the main shopping center in Patong.

We had a fantastic time at The Kee Resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In room high tech facilities. We had a pool access room with own jacuzzi and it was really relaxing just to sit n lounge by the pool. Walking distance to the beach and Jungceylon. We will definitely be back :)

I picked this hotel after reading lots of good reviews about it. We stayed in a deluxe pool access room which was nice and modern and the jacuzzi in the pool by our room was a pleasant surprise. The pool bar was lively with hip hop music all day and staff were cheerful. The view from the rooftop restaurant was breathtaking. However, the food and drinks from both bars were quite expensive. The small restaurants next to the hotel offered better value. Breakfast was good enough, but was almost the same everyday. I was surprised to find that the beach was miles away from the hotel. All the reviews I read seemed to suggest the hotel was very close to the beach. It was a good 5 minutes' walk under the hot sun. When we asked for exchange to Thai Bahts, the reception staff told us the hotel did not do it and said hotel exchanges rates would be expensive anyway, and so we should go somewhere on the main streets, and that it's not too far to walk, blah blah blah! It was after 11 pm at night and we really did not fancy the walk, but we needed the cash to pay for the sun lounges the next morning before the exchange booths on the streets were open at 11 a.m. When we asked for ice for the room, they said that would cost Bht.50! When we asked for taxi to the airport, they pointed us to the taxi counter next to the reception desk, which quoted a price that was over 40% higher than taxis on the streets. Overall, it was a pleasant but I am unlikely to go back simply because the beach is too far away.

the hotel near bangala road, and the beach is near also. the swimming pool facilities so relaxing. the rooms very well furnished with hi-tec HITV , internet free , but not too many tv channels. plaza room type so noise at the night. the restaurant and the food in the hotel is very good.

海からは通りを挟んで徒歩２分、プーケット一の繁華街バングラ通りからは徒歩１分、立地は最高です。しかも、オシャレで、センスがよい。私たちはプールビューの４階の部屋でしたが、プールではしゃいだり、プールのバーで飲んだくれているアメリカ人たちを眺めていると、リゾートに来たなぁという気分になります。
