Well...

Hotel staffs were kind, but the hotel itself was badly maintanaced and stinks. [*] This area is called ulus and don't even think about getting hotel around this area (this area has raddison hotel, and I assume this is most clean one around here).

Shabby, but nice

Hotel was a little hard to fınd. Staff very helpful, locatıon is great for seeıng local museums, etc. Rooms a bit the worse for wear, and one had distınct mothball odor. BUT water hot, breakfast the best we had wıth REAL coffee. We stayed one nıght, then went back to same place after trip to Konya!

Sightseeing tip: Long walk from hotel

Museum of Anatolian Civilisations should not be missed. Audıo tour helpful, worth the 5TL.

Great place to be with locals and shoppi

My wife and I had an urgent issue to attned to. Although we were not familiar with Ankara, the staff made every effort to help us to get around and achieve our goals. In Ankara not many people speak English. The hotel had two English speaking staff which proved to be critical for our trip. Thank you and I will definitely stay there again.

If you want to buy from local markets and Bazzars, they are within 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.
