Wonderful trip to Istanbul.
I believe, it is an excellent middle-grade hotel to stay comfortably with no noise around. More importantly it is very center and walking distance of all the historical visiting venues & shopping markets , therefore no need for internal travel expenses. We have enjoyed the hotel's items of the breakfast. The staff members are very gentle and helpful. Overall, we are all impressed and hence decided, if we consider to visit Istanbul again we shall try to avail the opportunity to stay in Ipek Palas Hotel.

Really good location for sight seeing trips and a good connection to public transport. The rooms are really small and not comfortable. Nonetheless it is fine for a short sight seeing trip to Istanbul.

This Hotel has two buildings. One have been updated and the other building is very old. I paid for the upgraded rooms. It was the highest grade to choose from and still got the old rooms. But you can't beat the location of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good. The restaurant view was great but the food was not as good as the sidewalk cafe's.

Hotel hielt was es verspricht
Obwohl eine Baustelle gleich neben dem Hotel war, war es doch recht ruhig. Das Restaurant im obersten Stock hatte zwar eine wunderschöne Aussicht, jedoch war das Essen nicht wahnsinnig speziell. Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Hotel totaler Reinfall
Wir haben uns Superior Room gebucht, das zimmer war so groß wie ein Schuhkarton.Der Fernseher war etwa 20 jahre alt und hatte einen Durchmesser von 45 cm ,neben dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle wo meistens nur nachts gearbeitet wird . Die lager des Hotels ist wirklich super, man brauch höchstens 10min zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles im allen war Istanbul super, aber das Hotel war ein Reinfall.

Es war sehr schön da sauber, und es ist Turistenviertel was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Es ist sehr Zentral bist mit U-Bahn in 3 min in Taksim. Personal ist freundlich . Aber bucht lieber ohne Morgenbüffe war nicht sehr abetitlich. =)

Das Hotel selbst war gut,Personal sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit,gut organisiert.Das Frühstück war gut,türkisch/westlich,reichhaltig,reichlich. Die Umgebung ok,10 min.fußweg zum Topkapi -Palast, Hagia-Sofia-Moschee,Galatabrücke etc.Tramhaltestelle nahe bei. Was momentan nervt,ist die Tunnelbaustelle direkt neben dem Hotel.Es wird bis in die Nacht oder die ganze Nacht durch gearbeitet.Schlafen geht nur mit Oropax oder geschlossenem Fenster.Wie lange die Bauarbeiten noch dauern,weiß ich nicht.

Die Zimmer haben die Größe einer Schuhschachtel, uns als zwei Personen wurde in der ersten Nacht ein wie wir meinen Einbettzimmer zugeteilt, neben dem Bett war noch etwa 1m Bewegungsmöglichkeit. Lage ist ok, Dusche war so dass wir uns nicht duschen wollten. Entäuschend!
