ok to sleep a night
OK to spend a night, if you need airport shuttle you have to arrange it with the hotel in advance.

Helpful Staff/Great Location
Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Most were able to communicate in some English. Manager, who was there much of the time, was fluent in English. Rooms were clean. Good choice for value. Close the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Several small but good restaurants nearby.

Nice place
Very nice people that work there. Rooms are good and amazing location, 7 min walk to the Blue Mosqu, stay here if you get the opertunity.

Nice place to stay
Staff were friendly, room was very clean, Breakfast was good, located within a 5 minute walk to transit . Would stay here again.

Great Value
Picked the Sirma Sultan because it was the cheapest option. It's nothing special, but we easily could have paid twice what we paid for an identical double room. In a city that sees dorm beds going for 15-20 Euros, a clean, comfortable double room with a private bath for little more than twice that is a great deal.

Not good
It was so wet. And the reception is unkind. When I used the room, it was failure in power and water supply. They didn't say "I'm sorry"... They said "That is not my fault". They wasn't interested in those situation. It is so expensive. The location is the bottom of hill. Downtown locates the top of the hill.

Well Located, good staff great breakfast
The hotel is located in the old part of the city within a 7-10 minute walk from all of the major attractions of Istanbul. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and situated on the roof top of the hotel. The price of the hotel is reasonable and the only notable deficiency is the absence of telephones in the rooms.

Ce n est pas l affaire du siècle!!!
le personnel a la réception agréable mais ne parle pas un mot français!!! Le personnel du buffet du matin non chaland si ce n est existant Salle de bain pas très propre surtout la douche au sol et mur ....le tapis a l intérieur de la chambre pas propre et le couvre lit avec des taches!!! Pour 2 jours je ne chipoterais pas .... Mais bon la propreté c est ce qui le plus important La vue de la terrasse donne sur des toits remplis de poubelles dommage a table....

petit hôtel sympa, personnel très attentionné
Nous avons passé 5 nuits agréables au Sirma Sultan. Le personnel est très compétent et parle bien anglais, excellent rapport qualité-prix en passant par le e-pack vol+hôtel. Seul bémol, les chambres sont mal insonorisées, mais bon, on est pas en voyage pour dormir...surtout quand on est à deux pas de la mosquée bleue, basilique ste sophie, palais de topkapi, etc...
