ABC Arabian Suites

When we first arrived at the hotel we were told that our room wasn't available because of problems with the electricity in the room so were moved to another hotel and supposedly upgraded. Once we moved the room wasn't a upgrade and not the the spec we had originally booked. We eventually moved to the room in the hotel that we had booked. The positives of this hotel was it was a good sized and well equiped room. The hotel also had a nice pool and the breakfast were good in the morning. However the negatives were that the staff didn't seem to understand how to treat guests and could not speak english to a high standard. There was also building work going on in the lobby of the hotel which wasn't pleasant. The only other faults were some electrics still uncovered in the bathroom and lack of kitchen equipment. To far from Al Karama metro and Dubai city centre. I wouldn't recommend to a friend because the hotel is to far from the city not because of the hotel standard which is high.

We picked this hotel to be near the older part of Dubai and the creek. It was a thirty minute walk to the metro or the creek area but taxis were always available. The rooms include a small, full kitchen and were very clean. A beautiful buffet breakfast was available as part of our room fee. The rooftop pool and gym were available to all guests. Great value for the price.

This was the second time I have stayed at ABC Arbian Suites. I really enjoyed both stays. The apartments are really clean&comfortable, the kitchen has all the cooking facilities you need if you are going to cook your own food. I eat in the restaurant and the food was excellent,the staff are really helpful and provide and excellent service. The location of the hotel is also good.The beach parks are not that far to travel to in a taxi and the nightlife is also only a short trip. Next time I visit Dubai I will definitely be staying at ABC Arbian Suites. 10/10

this is nice and good to stay for business and afmily

The friendliness of the staff cannot overcome the deficiencies of the hotel. I booked one room and was downgraded upon arrival. After complaining of the advertised difference I was "upgraded" to what I had booked and paid for. The pictures and the hotel do not match, at least from what I saw of it. The hallways look as if they had not been swept in months with trash lingering right outside my door. The internet works sometimes and sometimes not, but the fact that you have to pay for it only exacerbates the frustration of it all. If you work a lot online like I do the near $20/day cost you'll spend in internet fees makes looking at other all inclusive hotels worthwhile. The rooms were minimal, in fact so much so the first room they gave me made me feel like I was back in the village in Ghana. You don't expect this in Dubai, but it is here. All in all, I would not repeat this mistake over. Staff was great, but this brings me no comfort while lamenting my decision to book this.

Good sized rooms easy access to Metro

Very large apartment with swimming pool and steam room. Not a lot of hot water, but good value

The hotel is located not so conveniently. Placing in hotel is planned unsuccessfully (hotel has some independent inputs, not at all from them workers of hotel constantly are on duty).

The room in the hotel is big, however the toilet curculation is very bad, so there is always very bad smell inside the bathroom. The smell of the hotel room and canteen is very strange, which is unpleasant and very different from other international hotels I ever stayed in other countries. The breadfast is low quality, what I ate daily was only fruits, bread and eggs. The noisy of fan to air-conditioner in my room is very lound, I had to turn off air-conditioner before falling in asleep. The temporary in room was ok. I stayed 6 days in the beginning of October. The cleanning personnel tried to save give me less towels untill I asked to correct two times. The rate of hotel was reasonable. The location is not easy to access to metro. Opposite the hotel is a Mosque, and also many immigrants apratments surrounding.
