- All the rooms are medium in size and well appointed, with each room having a small sitting area with a walk in closet. Although the rooms are suitable for corporate guests, the rooms are decorated to a high standard, with a more personal touch than can be found in many other chain hotels.

The man!
Very Very Ordinary
The lobby was clean and Nice, the staff as friendly. Inside the room, there were not enough electrical wall jack to plug your computer, the toilet and the A/C-Heater barely worked, Water was kind of cold, I guess they were saving on their electric bill!

The Royal Ascot has much better
The Royal Ascot has much better rooms than the sister Ascot Hotel next door. While the decor is a little dated the hotel offers great service, is clean and value for money accomodation in what can be an expensive city.

this hotel was very well priced
this hotel was very well priced for what you received. The staff were very friendly and assissted in any way possible. the location of the hotel is very central now especially now the metro is up and running.

We booked the hotel as a last
We booked the hotel as a last minute offer so the rate was very good. It is close to the airport,metro and walking distance to the creek and cultural centre (museum). The rooms are a bit tired for a 4 star but the location is great if you want to see the old Dubai.

Well the hotel and the Staff are
Well the hotel and the Staff are good.. Staff is very friendly and accomodating too. The only part where we got annoyed was - at the time of making reservations, we had asked for NON-SMOKING ROOM. and atthe time of check-in, we were told that iti s not available.

Good Hotel in the center of Bur
Good Hotel in the center of Bur Dubai. Lots entertainment around and a splendid Chill area on the rooftop. Good valet parking. Good value for money
