Bonnington Tower

Very good hotel, clean and modern. Breakfast is normal 4-star quality and variety and a bit over priced. Rooms spacious and good a/c. Swimming pool is for thor who hate sunshine as it is in the shade and locates on 11th floor.

Location is good, amenities in hotel is perfect, personal some days is with problems, For UAE visa hotel want super large money and want to freeze it for month, easy and cheap was to make visa with booking of other hotel

Staff are great, from the moment of arrival to departure they could not have been more helpful or courteous. The location was perfect for me, a very short taxis or Metro ride to Media City and yet a tranquil environment for early morning run around the lakes. Good Business centre and wireless throughout. Breakfast is worth getting up early for!

According to this very hotel booking website, there would have been a hotel shuttle, early check in was possible and breakfast included. When we tried to book the hotel shuttle a day in advance, they said it was fully booked and no replacement. When we arrived at the hotel at 10am, our room was not ready, instead of "10min" as promised, it took an hour and half before we could check in. We were not offered any coffee or drinks in the meantime. We could not book the hotel shuttle to get back to the airport the next day, as we did not have a room number. When we tried to book the hotel shuttle later that day, it was again supposedly fully booked. Only after insisting and explaining our situation, they would organise airport transportation for us at the same rate as the shuttle would have been. The room itself was nice and mostly clean, quiet. Breakfast was (despite advertised otherwise) not included in the room rate. Adding it is absolutely overpriced given average cost for food in Dubai. Overall, it is an ok place to stay, however it is pricy for what you get and the employees are only superficially friendly and (with few exceptions) not helpful at all.

All four of us had a great time at the Bonnington Tower. The swimming pool was great for the children and our appartement was super spacious !

The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was fabulous; it was very clean and has a very modern design.

We arrived after a night flight so our room wasn't ready but we were told we could have full use of the leisure facilities which were brilliant. A member of staff came and found us to tell us our room was ready and what a room it was! We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was furnished to the highest standard, the kitchen was fully fitted with integrated appliances and we had two bathrooms and balcony, couldn't have asked for more! The staff couldn't do enough to help with any enquiries and I can't praise them enough. The restaurants were as to be expected expensive but there were several restaurants within walking distance. This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in and would ideally recommend it to anyone wanting a base in Dubai.

nice hotel with good location but hard to reachable because there is some constructions road, for other things it's seems good to me, I recommended this hotel for singles and family.

The hotel itself is not bad but few things were not convenient. To get to a hotel by car is very confusing because a lot of roads are under construction and therefore must take detours. To get anywhere is expensive by taxi, avg $10 to $25. Too far of a walk from the beach, must take taxi. If i would have a choice i would stay at a different hotel closer to the beach and closer to the center of Dubai.
