Great place for short break.
Stayed in the Centro Barsha for 5 nights in Feb. We stayed in a basic double room and it was more than adequate for us. Modern, clean and a very comfortable bed. The biggest plus this hotel has is the staff. From security, reception, bar and restaurant staff, to room service and the lifeguard, all are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent with a different theme on every evening. The evening meal with a couple of drinks included is good value. The bar in nice but just functional as it lacks atmosphere. The gym is small but perfect for a quick holiday workout. The hotel is in a good location, only a 5min walk to the Mall of the Emirates and to the nearest metro station. Overall, it is a great hotel for a budget stay and we will definitely do so again. Tips: If arriving on the Etihad coach to the Marina Mall, get a yellow taxi rather than the taxis at the coach stop, less than half the price. The hotel is a good distance from the old town so the metro is an excellent way of getting into town. 17AED (€3.40) for an day pass. The stations and the trains are immaculate if somewhat busy.

McGettigan's Irish Bar at Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers is only 10min in a taxi for a great nights craic. Or for a real old school irish bar try the excellent Fibbers Magee's, Saeed Tower One Sheikh Zayed Road. Close to the Crown Plaza.

Clean, good location , ideal for business
Hotel is centrally located, ideal for business stay over, in heart of Dubai. part of excellent Rotana group. Small rooms with adequate facilities including small gym and nice pool area on roof.

Good Location
We had a pleasant 2 nights stay in this hotel. It has a nice location near Mall of the Emirates. Plus, the room is clean and well organized. The only bad thing is the internet rates (Expensive) in the hotel.

A good fit!
I really enjoyed staying at the Centro Barsha Dubai. I had stayed their on one other occasion and felt very comfortable, welcome and relaxed. The food options were great, the room, though a bit small for the price, was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I also felt that the staff was very responsive to my questions. I will stay at this hotel again if I return to Dubai.

The Sharaf Metro station is a short walk from the hotel and the Metro is a good way to move about a good amount of the city.

Excellent value
I had wonderful time at Centro Barsha. The hotel is situated about a 3 minute walk from Sharaf DG metro station and is practically opposite the Mall of the Emirates. Dubai Marina, which has one of the best beaches, is only a ten minute ride on the metro. My only criticism is that the use of internet at the hotel 'business area' is very expensive.

Most important of all, I wanted to highlight the room cleanness, spotless! Also, extremely comfortable bed!l! Oh I miss it already! :) The only bad thing I would point out is the fact that the hotel does not provide any assistance with visa for their gets, which many other hotels in Dubai do. So, if you need a visa, you will have to apply through a travel agency, which is also hard to find, and pay extra for it!

Nice hotel close to the Skiing Dubai
Nice, clean, you don't need more, breakfast could be better, but rooms are ok, clean, aircon is fine, silent, free parking, walking distance to ski dubai - good value

NICE AND MODERN
Third time to Dubai and im still not sure the best place to stop. This hotel is ideal for people that want to go to shopping with the mall only a short walk. The metro was excellent too not to far away and took us nearer to other places. Not the best place if you like your beach it cost 35 dirahms each way or you can catch the metro and then a taxi. Well the room we booked was a classic and when we got there we were asked if we wanted upgrading at the charge of £200 for a larger room . Be careful we thought the bigger room had a full kitchen but all there is are a microwave and very small fridge . Pool was a very small area but must admit it was very nice. Had breakfast first couple of days at a cost of 60 dirahams each was very nice but could have done with being warmer. However all in all a nice hotel
