Very good hotel, good central
Very good hotel, good central location. Staff very helpful. Enough places to eat, Burjuman Shopping mall just across the road. Would stay again. Appears to be recently refurbished.

The hotel is modern, clean and functional. It has good facilities and there is a good selection of restaurants and shopping centres in the vicinity. The metro station is about 10 mins walk away, and there are plenty of taxis available outside the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for stop over in Dubai
Great hotel for stop over in Dubai on way from London to Sydney. Served complimentary apple juice whilst checking in, most welcome. Upgraded from standard room to executive room. Very comfortable bed, nice temoerature in room. About 20 minutes from International airport, taxi fare dirhans 45-60 depening on time of day. Definately use this hotel for stop over again. Good value for money. Only comments - no milk in fridge for tea\coffee making. Ordered 3 breakfasts from room service, only 2 arrived.

Business bonanza, tourist tragedy.
As a regular business traveller to Dubai I was always under the impression that I had to spend a lot of money for what should be basic amenities. With my last stay at the Four Points I found that I could reduce my travel budget and still recieve the appropriate level of service that I demand.

Four Points Sheraton in Dubai sucks.
[...] During check out he insisted we pay him $129 in cash for using the minibar. We did not use the minibar since we brought our own alcohol. In addition to the terrible service, the rooms were small, they were doing construction on our floor, and we had exposed wires in our room.

The staff's knowledge of tourist
The staff's knowledge of tourist attractions including travel times, highlights, etc was poor. Facilities, rooms, value for money, however was very good.

Nice, Pleasant and comfortable,
Nice, Pleasant and comfortable, centrally located and polite and well mannered staff. I had an executive room which was bright, clean and airy. Some noise during the day due to modifications and renovations however on the whole a very pleasant stay!!
