"A Brilliant Diamond -Top 5* Hotel" Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai AnneJonesUk 1 contribution UK 30 Aug 2010 | Trip type: Solo travel I experienced hotel management that care along with the highest calibre of staff with the abilities to perceive my needs. The employees here are of the highest quality, observant & show a recognition for understanding guests that I appreciated. Hospitality? 10 points for this Four Points. My expectations of a 5 star luxury hotel were surpassed by added touches that delighted & gave pleasure. Staff showed awareness that were reflective of my individual needs resultig in an indulgence of all my senses gave me a feeling of wellbeing.

Surpassess US Standards
Very stylish contemporary rooms. Much better quality than the 4Point brand in the States. Definitely stay here. A bit of road noise since you're on the highway.

Short walk from hotel
Definitely walk the 10 minutes to breakfast outside the hotel, past Starbucks (can't recall the name). Free valet parking at the hotel too.

Ideally situated
Was here for the area's largest trade show of the year, so the hotel was pretty booked. But the staff was friendly, although service was slow due to the hotel being full. Regardless, food at all (3) of the hotel's restaurants was GREAT! Even room service food was quite delicious served warm and servers were friendly. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean, very roomy and had an excellent view of the city. The bar at the penthouse level was excellent. Make sure [...] is your bar tender...he is one of funnest and friendliest I've met in the area. Only thing I would have to complain about is that the water would get cold every once in a while while I was showering. Other than that the hotel is ideally situated; not far from the convention center and minutes from all the major malls and sites. Will definitely stay there on my next trip whether it be business OR pleasure.

good hotel great views from the roof
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 26th floor and the apartment and views were excellent. The hotel lobby was small and their coffee shop but we didn't stay much in the hotel. We used their shuttle bus to go to Dubai Mall but did not use their shuttle to go to Jumeriah beach( Public Beach) as too hot in August. We thought this hotel was linked with Sheraton Hotel group but it is not so could not use facilities of Sheraton jumeriah Hotel, which is a shame as that would have allowed us access to their beach. Enjoyed our stay but there is a lot of building work along Sheikh Zyed road so a lot of dust around, but we went to the malls mostly.

Excellent location,warm welcoming
Excellent location,warm welcoming and friendly staff. It was great staying at Four Points by Sheraton, my first time in Dubai and at a hotel in Dubai. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel for making me feel at" home away from home."
