The Hotel provides all the amenities you would expect from a leading four star Hotel, yet offering that personal touch. All rooms are equipped with latest LCD televisions and all day Arabic dining, high speed internet access for a fee - 30 min - AED 15, 1 Hour - AED 25, 1 Day - AED 55, 3 Days - AED 80, 1 Week - AED 115 and 1 Month - AED 225, tea/coffee makers and 24 hour room service. Our Hotel has 5 restaurants -All Day Dining, Chinese, Indian, Arabic and a Sports Bar, to cater to all tastes and varied cuisine. The Hotel is conveniently located minutes away from one of the busiest Metro Station. Walking distance to Mall of the Emirates one of the busiest shopping Mall and Ski Dubai. Horrible Experience

Do not stay here. The staff is rude. They have bugs in the rooms. There are fruit flies in all the bathrooms. I had something in my room that would bite meat night. You could clearly see the bite marks on my arms. They did not want to switch my room nor did they want to do my laundry. They have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Average hotel

This hotel is not within walking distance to the MOE or metro, or anywhere really. You must take a taxi everywhere. Good: Room service food was great Room was clean and updated decor Nice bar with good music on ground floor Bad: Manager called daily and harassed us about paying the room service costs. (Clearly we would prefer to pay all together during checkout) Bed was HARD and uncomfortable Cheap bed linens Staff did not make you feel welcome. They make you feel like they do not want people from different cultures there.

Hotel Ramada Dubai

Ich war 5 Tage mit meinen Partner in Dubai und dieses Hotel war für uns gut gelegen. 15 Minuten Fussweg zum nächsten Shopping Center wo von dort aus Metro / Turisten Bus nehmen konnten sowie Restaurants zum Essen. frühstück im Buffetformat mit viel auswahl und Pool auf dem Dach (zu wenig liegenstühle aber okey) Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat auch einen Shuttlebus zum Strand und zum einkaufszentrum.Für einen besuch als Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen.
