Clean With a Great Location
I stayed 5 nights. I couldn't use the swimming pool cuz I went out morning time for sightseeing and I tried to use night time and there was bar so I couldn't enjoy the time. The staff was very helpful.

Book you Burj Kalifa trip to the top before you go because it's cheaper and it sells out quick.

Terrific Hotel and Staff!
I was only there for one night, a stop-over from the Seychelles before heading on to London. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the hotel room was terrific. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it to others who are looking for a great place to stay.

A peaceful oasis
The Shangri-La room was huge and luxurious. The staff was very quick to help. Best of all, the room was totally quiet--a delightful surprise in a city that never sleeps.

Ski Dubai at the Mall or the Emirates is a must-see. In fact, I wnet snowboarding and had a great time, followed by a delicious meal at Apres, where you can watch all the action on the slope.

Paras hotelli tähän mennessä!
Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Allasalue oli erittäin viihtyisä ja aurinkotuolilta näkymä Burj Khalifalle. Huone oli todella siisti ja siivous tapahtui kaksi kertaa päivässä. Omasta huoneesta avaitui mahtava näkymä Dubai Mall:lle ja Burj Khalifaan päin. Hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla ja joka paikkaan on lyhyt matka taksilla. Takseja oli aina saatavilla hotellin edestä ja hotellilta voi myös mennä aavikkosafarille yms. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maistuva. Kaikin puolin täydellinen hotelli!
