Hotel staff was superb and hotel bar is very fun. Very close to Dubai mall and the Burj Kalifa tower.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai is located just 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, and five minutes from the World Trade Centre, Dubai Convention Centre, Dubai Mall and downtown Burj Khalifa.
The hotel comprises 302 spacious guestrooms and suites, including two floors of elegant Horizon Club accommodation. To meet the needs of long-stay guests, the hotel also offers 126 serviced, furnished apartments.
The hotel also offers complimentary internet access and a complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach at Jebel Ali Beach Club and the major shopping malls.

Terrific Hotel and Staff!
I was only there for one night, a stop-over from the Seychelles before heading on to London. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the hotel room was terrific. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it to others who are looking for a great place to stay.
