great family hotel

Great family friendly hotel.We had 2 children under 2. Book baby sitters as early as possible as they use external agency ! Great kids pool and play area -good kids clubs too although younger children need to be with adult. Great location a 2 min walk to loads of shops/rests

Great Customer Service

I stayed in a Club Level room, the customer service was impecable. Every hotel worked I encountered always greated me and every club level staff member seemed to know me by name, very attentive. Upon checkout, one of the managers came out to bid me farewell as I departed to the airport. Accomodations were spacious and comfortable, though the property is not the newest in he Marina area. Great pool with private areas and a very large lawn with numerous lounge chairs to relax, read, and view the ocean. This location is right for those that want to relax in comfort and enjoy the beach.
