More services and facilities include an outdoor temperature controlled swimming pool and children's pool, 2 floodlit tennis courts, 2 air-conditioned squash courts, sauna, steam room and gymnasium, Aerobics, Karate, art classe, a nursery room for children. Further there's a ballroom, a conference/ seminar room and the pool lawn can accommodate 500 persons.RD05/08 The resort is a traditional style complex that consists of villas and suites. The main building is made from red brick stones with white accents. On the whole resort there are lots of palm trees and greenery. The resort is situated on the edge of Sharjah's Khalid Lagoon - a mere 20 minutes drive from Sharjah and Dubai airports. Five minutes walking from the hotel is the Sharjah souk(market)- a shopping arcade and the beautiful corniche.

The building in the ...

The building in the Emirates is lagging horribly behind the massive building...and grid lock traffic has resulted. The trip from Dubai Airport took 1 hour 15 minutes. The resort is old (approximately 30 years) and dated, although well maintained.
