Take junction 18 of the M4 for A46 and Bath. Follow the A46 to the junction with the A4 and follow signs for Bath town centre and A4 towards Bristol. The Travelodge is on the corner of George Street (the A4) and Broad Street.

The hotel does not have a car park. Alternative parking is available at Broad Street car park, directly behind Travelodge which has limited free spaces available between 7pm-8am at £1.20 per hour and £5 per 4 hours. Alternative parking is also located in Charlotte Street (5 mins) at £12 for 24 hours.

Useless if you have luggage

Hotel was as expected and did the job but we were disappointed that having arrived in Bath in the morning before the check in time, the hotel refused to let us store our luggage anywhere. They let us check in early which we did reluctantly because they charged an extra £10 for this. Having also booked an evening train on the day we left we had to drag our luggage around Bath for the day. I think Travelodge were expecting us to wear the same clothes day and night during our stay!
