Excellent experience apart from WIFI

I enrolled as a Hilton Honors member at the hotel specifically to get access to the free WiFi. Unfortunately due to contention issues with other users I could not get access in the early evening and could get only access first thing on a Sunday morning. It seems that even the bar staff are aware of the problem as they advised me of the contention issue. Needs a serious fix for business travellers. Apart from that everything was excellent - service from front door to reception to bar and room service. Superb all round.

Girls getaway

Hi it is a great place to stay if a little bit on the pricey side for what you get. Stay was room only which was all good. We paid 120 euros for room only, The staff were great. John the Concierge was very knowledgeable on things to do in Belfast. Loved Belfast and the people. Hotel was quite. No noise during the night.

Enjoyable Business Trip

I was predominantly in Belfast for business but stayed an extra day to see the sights. The location of the Hotel was excellent, just 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Belfast and from the lively Cathedral Quarter. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. Without exception the staff were very friendly and helpful even at 5am when I departed. The concierge arranged tickets for a bus tour and organised for a mini-van to the starting point. I would definitely consider staying here again if / when I visit the city again.

Short but great stay.

Stayed at the Belfast Hilton for one night when going to a concert in Belfast. All great including the late snacks and drinks in the bar served by lovely friendly staff.
