booked Exec Room but Exec Lounge closed!

We had stayed at the Hilton on a few occasions at this time of year with the Executive Room being the reason for booking a real treat..... unfortunately upon check they advised that there was no Lounge access but would have to avail in general bar. Staff looked after us as best they could but definitely not at Executive Standard (bar Supervisor was super though). I believe you should get what you pay for on this occasion we definitely did not.

Loved every minute of our stay

Beautiful, modern, nicely decorated room. We were thrilled to have access to the executive lounge. Food in the hotel bar was absolutely gorgeous. The staff couldn't have been nicer and are a massive credit to the hotel! Excellent location! Looking forward to my next trip to Belfast and will be definitely staying at the Hilton!!

Ideal for Waterfront and Odyssey

From arrival to departure staff were helpful, cheerful and simply wanted to make your stay memorable. The rooms were comfortable and had great city views and the restaurant was efficient and the food excellent. It is ideal for shows in the Waterfront or Odyssey/Titanic Quarter or indeed any where in the city as reception will quickly provide a taxi to wherever you need to go. We will definitely stay again.

All round, a great stay in this hotel.

Was upgraded to an Executive Room, which was great and included free drinks and canapes in the Exec Lounge on my floor, and a free breakfast the next morning also in the Exec Lounge - the breakfast was great and could hardly be described as Continental - it included scrambled eggs and sausage. I ate dinner in the main restaurant and the food was superb. I had a pint in the main bar, which was really lovely. The staff everywhere could not do enough for you. I would go again without question.

Sightseeing tip: Long walk from hotel

The Titanic Experience is across the river and is about a half hour walk. It is worth the walk because you follow the river all the way there and see so much more than you would if you took a cab, bus or train. The walk is all on one level.
