Great concert bolthole
We stayed overnight following a concert at the town hall(5 mins walk) as it worked out cheaper than getting a taxi home. Nice, plain room. Just the job!!

Very good value for money for
Very good value for money for a hotel which is right in the centre of the city and only a couple of minutes walk from New Street train station. I did not have any meals at the hotel but there are plenty of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Also very handy for department stores and shops.

Good showers (plenty of hot water, and great water pressure), great location, good staff. The room was a bit dark, even in the daytime (a standing lamp in the corner would have helped) but other than that it's a great place to stay. Does what it says on the tin.

Great staff, great location.
Great staff, great location. Good showers with hot water and good water pressure. Good breakfast (but last time it was included in the price, this time we had to pay extra). Lifts didn't work, was a bit more expensive this time than the last time we stayed. but all in all would stay there again

good price for value,perfect location,nice and enjoyable breakfest.central position,near bullring and rail stations.third time there and still perfect for me.take a chance and go there!!!

Frequent family travelers
Excellent location, but too noisy
Nice shopping area location and walking distance from train station. Unfortunately at night, the walls would not prevent the noisy from the street (mainly party goers) to come to the rooms. No car noises, except for drunks returning to the hotel. It'll be quiet at around 7:00 am. Had two rooms, one was clean but the other had stained and dirty carpets. I would not choose the hotel again, sorry.

hotel was very central and clean
hotel was very central and clean , however the food was awfull, the staff very unhelpfull and the hotel seemed to attract a very rowdy crowd. (no sleep due to noise and people running around all night).

its all about me
unbeatable location for the price!
fantastic for shopping which I did plenty of and the best thing was that I didnt have to haul them with me all around the town i just nipped back to the hotel and put them in my room perfect.
