check in very busy but dealt with quickly - room fine but the noise and disturbances from unruly guests was unacceptape even taknig nito account it was new years eve! clients should be able to take their drink or not bother! the issue was dealt with by security staff but lead to most of the floor not having a good nights sleep as we were disturbed al lthrough the night.

Unfortunate ending to our holiday.
We had informed the staff at reception that we need to extend our stay for 6 hours and were informd that we had top pay an extra GBP 85, which we accepted. The next day we tried to go into our room after 14.00 hrs and our electronic key diod not work, we went down to reception and the staff informed us that we had to pay GBP 95 and then our key would be re-activated. When we enterd into our room, our bed had not made, our bathroom was not cleaned and there were no towels or toiletries neither water or tea. We are Priority Card members and think we should not be treated in such a way. Our holiday turned sour due to this. William Vella

Stayed 2 nights in a club room.
Stayed 2 nights in a club room. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Club lounge offered complimentary continental breakfast and free use of a internet connected computer. Watch out for the parking charges in the car park below the hotel. Overnight parking fee cost about 13-14 pounds.

Since our last visit there has been a major overall- utter luxury now! The room was gorgeous. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast now only £8 per person- and well worth it. Excellent location for NIA.

The hotel is close to all central places worth a visit (NIA, Bullring, Broad Street etc.). Our room was very nice and the staff were helpful.
