bad

poor. very difficult to actually locate entrance to hotel and where exactly you are allowed to park. We don't like being too hot - but seriously - our room was absolutely FREEZING on arrival. the window was open, the heating was off - this at 6pm on a minus2 evening.the only way to keep the heating on was to wedge our suitcase against the switch of the heater to hold it on. Fortunately there is a very nice dual indian/italian restaurant nearby (3 minute walk) and when we returned to our room it had warmed up a little. seriously thin quilt - no spare blanket or pillows. but worse was to come - i'm not sure that what we slept in can be called a bed - the saggiest mattress i've EVER known - full of lumps and bumps. got about 2 hours sleep and then we were out of there - NEVER to return!
