This had to be one of the best
This had to be one of the best stays in Bournemouth. The hotel is in just the right place. The staff bent over backwards to help and always with a smile.

Breakfast was Lovely and location
Breakfast was Lovely and location very good. Only bad point is we arrived at 1 'o clock after a long journey and the Reception would not allow us to check in as they don't do check in's before 2pm. I asked if we could at least do the paper work now as we going out and we will leave our luuggage in the car, we don't actually need to go into the room now. She advised she could not, we will have to take a seat and wait till 2pm. I felt this was very unhelpful as most Hotels would not have a problem checking you in provided the room was available.

Good location.
Front desk staff
Good location. Front desk staff pleasant and efficient. Good selection at breakfast. Free parking! Free safe! Minor gripes - No wardrobe or drawers (rail and shelves). Only one armchair and uncomfortable. We thought the room layout could have been much better with respect to the space available. Overall we enjoyed our short stay. We would stay here again, if in the area.
