The grand lobby and lounge area is traditionally decorated and great meeting place. The 127 bedrooms are comfortable and have TV, Telephone, Trouser Press, Hairdryer and Tea and Coffee making facilities. With three conference rooms for any occasion, they cater for up to 120 people; it is the perfect choice for both Business and Leisure guests. WIFI is free to all guests and available in all public areas of the hotel.Pet policy as follows: Cats and Dogs are allowed at a cost of 10GBP per pet, per night. Other pets are allowed upon request Please Note: In line with other Hotel chains as of the 30th September 2010 all credit/debit cards used to settle accounts at all hotels will have a 2GBP admin charge added. Please Note: A 3GBP per day car parking charge will apply

We booked this hotel through rates

We booked this hotel through rates to go for a one night stay in bournemouth as we were out for the evening for a 40th birthday. when we got there we paid for our room and was told our room number which was easy to find. We were very surprised at the room that was given to us we had a family room with a double bedroom and another room off of this with a dining table and sofa and a bed in. we were surprised to be given a masive bathroom which had a jacuzzi bath which was amazing. this was more like a mini flat of our own. I could not fault this hotel it is very central to everything and the staff are always happy to help. i would recommend this hotel

When we arrived the hotel did

When we arrived the hotel did not have our booking - not their fault - and did manage to find us a room but the facilities were a little 'tired' and needed refurbishment. Whilst the staff did sort our booking dilemma they were reluctant to do so and needed to be a bit more cheerful. A smile goes a long way.

Indiferent service-messed up booking

Did not honour specific booking instructions even though they were confirmed-and were not interested. Did not resolve several issues just ignored them. [...]Rooms dated, maintenance is negligable, food is reasonable and restaurant staff sociable but can not understand English.Special break was ruined by the faiure to honour the booking conditions and the staff attitude.
