Driving:
Take the M23 and A23 southbound into Brighton,
following the road all the way to the seafront.
At the seafront, turn right towards Hove.
Follow the coast road for approx. 1 mile
(you will pass the West Pier on your left).
Turn right into Grand Avenue, then 1st left
into Church Road, then 1st left into Third Avenue.
