What travelers to Bristol are saying

We loved Shaun the sheep and had great fun tracking him down across the city. Plenty of photos and fun times visiting the main sites and Shaun of course. The spa facilities were next door but we went across for a swim & sauna after a long day on our feet. It was a lovely & easy going place so we relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. After a full day we decided to have room service for supper which was easy to order and took about 40 minutes. We could have shared the main meals as they are big portions. We enjoyed the food and slept well. breakfast was great with everything you could ask for on offer. If it wasn't there then you could ask for it e.g. poached eggs or whatever and the staff saw to it straight away. We had a lovely stay at the grand Hotel & hope to return again in the future.

Bristol is a great City with many things to do .In the summer there are festivals on most weekends also there is a great street food scene year round . The nightlife caters for everyone with a good live music scene . There are loads of restaurant and bars all over the city . Great city for a weekend break

Lovely city. Very smart and well maintained. Our son was at uni here 15 years ago and it has changed almost beyond recognition. Christmas lights were on which looked great at night. Traffic is dreadful at peak times took us 45 minutes to get in and out of the city so worth considering park and ride.

Bristol is brilliant for a city break, lots to see and do. The harbour area is pretty with boat trips available. We enjoyed some shopping and explored areas such as Clifton, which had some great restaurants. There are amazing bars and restaurants (and real ale!). One of our favourite cities.

We were in Bristol to watch a band and combined it with a Xmas shopping break. Bristol has plenty to offer in respect of restaurants and bars. We had brunch at the Cosy Club and Offcentre, both excellent and a fantastic evening meal in Aluna. The people of Bristol are very friendly.
