Very loud music played from next door room hotel acted very quickly when we complained. Pillows very flat not enough for two people. Room very clean, but chair in room very uncomfortable. Pool really nice. Breakfast fantastic value.

Handily situated
Very pleasant reception staff, but some confusion about the package we had pre-booked when we checked in. No immediate record of us having pre-paid for breakfast, but then discovered that we had. Don't recall having to pay for car parking on previous stays.

Great stay!
The staff is amazing! The next morning we had to catch an early ferry and would be missing breakfast. They were so kind to pack us a lunch for our trip to replace the meal we were to miss. This was extremely helpful! Eventhough we had to pay for parking it was made up in the accommodations we received. We had a great room and bathroom.

the hotel was conveniently located
the hotel was conveniently located for both motorway access and access to the city centre. we found the room to be perfectly adequate and clean. we secured a very good price for our kingsize deluxe room and found satff pleasant and helpful. we did not have the 'extras' such as fruit, wine, bathrobes in teh room when we arrived but a quick call to reception and this was sorted. the food was acceptable and plentiful but not to the same standard or with the same choice as other hilton hotels we have stayed at. overall we were happy with our stay and would use the hotel again.
