Lovely relaxing over night stay
A great welcome on arrival, staff really friendly and helpful. Great relaxing facilities - what better way to relax and chill out in leisure suite, taking fully advantage of the gym, swimming pool and health spa. Also, great location, train station within in few minutes walk and plenty of shopping, bars, dinning etc....

Short break with teenager
Easy access to city centre and local restaurants this left us eating out as the hotel was expensive to eat in. Wifi and internet connection also at a cost . Put out of our room for an hour at short notice for workmen to repair a window. No minnie bar and tea and coffee not stocked on our arrival.Excellant leisure pool and steam room/sauna.

City Break
A Very nice stay, the hotel was clean and tidy and staff were helpful. My only complaint is the £14 over night car park charge, this is a disgrace!!!

Great city break
Arrived at 1030 not expecting to have our room ready but luckily were told room was ready! Staff very helpfull,parked in hotels carpark for £14 which worked out good value as did a days shopping the next day and didn't leave till 4.30 pm. Room was very clean,would recommend this hotel to anybody who would like a hotel right in the city centre you literally walk out the front door and the bars/shops are there.

Cardiff Stay
The staff was most helpful and concerned to answer to our comfort needs. The location is perfect as the train and bus stations are within five minutes walk from the hotel. If you are a shopper then all your dreams will have come through. St. David's Center is almost next door. If you like Italian food it's there in plenty! The breakfast offered each day was top class. We were more than satisfied with everything about the hotel and in particular the great staff.

Mom and travel planner
good location
We were close to the train station and within walking distance of downtown and shopping. We took a day-trip with See Wales which was very enjoyable. We also did the hop-on hop-off city tour. We visited the Castle and also the National Museum. We had a great weekend!!
