Don't stay here

This hotel was not the quality that I expect from this chain. The rooms where like a cheap motel. The price was incredibly high, but we were in town for an international rugby match, so that was expected. And regardless of what the site says this is not in or even near the center of Cardiff. The other problems would have been easier to deal with if it hadn't been so far away from everything.

Very comfortable

I felt very welcome at the hotel. The entire staff was not only courteous but extremely helpful. Given the fact that there was a large convention in the area and the hotel was totally booked, that didn't stop the staff from making me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay there again.

Its is basicaly fine...

The hotel is fine. The staff was really kind. Our room was clean and well equiped. The location was perfect: 5 min to the bay, 10 min to the City centre or/and the bus station. But: the breakfast was very boring: same meal (omlet, bacon, muffin, toast) on every morning.

Ideal

Clean friendly hotel. Perfect location for Cardiff Bay and a £5 taxi into the centre. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty if basic. Superb value for a stay in Cardiff. PS Car park is £3 per night.
