Unforunately didnt stay due to illness, but you couldnt get a better positioned hotel for Cardiff City Centre with the new St Davids two and the CIA right on the doorstep.

Large clean room bit noisy as there was a nesting seagull on the roof outside. Next door to the main shopping centre. No free wifi access. Would stay here again.

This hotel is used for bus tour
This hotel is used for bus tour groups such as trafalgar and insight. Consequently, the checkin is focused on these groups and everyone else is left standing. The reception staff should take a course in customer relations.
