Great location, parking convenient for Cheltenham. Room was immaculate, had a twin room, felt like I was 13 which isn't all bad.
Hotel staff very friendly, my room faced a main street which was a bit noisy, but overall not bad.
Nice breakfast selection.

I found this hotel to be excellent in everything. The staff were very helpful and facilities were excellent. The location was easy to find and very central to Cheltenham. I would stay at this hotel again or other Thistle hotels.

チェルトナムの駅からは、タクシーで７．２ポンド、10分ぐらい。バイブリーまでは、タクシーで４０ポンド、ボートンオンザウォーターまでは、片道２，２ポンドで２時間に1本バスが出ています。バイブリーからボートンまでは、30ポンド、バイブリーには、ぜひ行って欲しいと思います。
ジムやプールやテニスコートなどがありました。
また食事は、朝食が充実しており、夜は、軽食喫茶の方でカレーを食べることができました。

Lovely Hotel but be careful which room

A lovely hotel in a great central location. However, our room was on the first floor and we were kept awake by the very creeky floorboards of a room occupied by a person who was clearly unable to sleep in the room about ours!! Also, very noisey selfish guests talking at full voice and slamming doors at 3.00 am on a Sunday Morning all contributed to a dreadful nights sleep.

Ideally placed on the outskirts of Cheltenham and just three miles from Cheltenham Racecourse, this charming family owned and run hotel offers Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and boasts an excellent restaurant. The hotel is ideally situated about a 5 minute walk to the center of Cheltenham. It is an impressive and grand looking building, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to park our car in the car park.Our room was very well appointed and felt luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. It was clean and fresh and the bathroom was spotless. We had a wide range of choices for breakfast and were well looked after at our table. We had a fantastic time and wished we could have stayed another night!!
