Complimentary DVD library Mineral water in all rooms- Bathrobes in all rooms- Cheltenhams only independent town centre hotel. The hotel is a grade 2 listed building which does not allow a lift. Assistance with luggage can be provided. We are unable to provide air conditioning in the bedrooms however the Brasserie the Cocktail Bar and private dining rooms are air conditioned.
