The 4-star Mercure Cheltenham Queens Hotel is an elegant Cheltenham hotel, situated next to the Imperial Gardens. Its 79 contemporary rooms all boast satellite TV, air conditioning and high speed internet access. Try the modern British cuisine of the Napier Restaurant, or relax with a drink in the Gold Cup Bar. Lovely Hotel but be careful which room

A lovely hotel in a great central location. However, our room was on the first floor and we were kept awake by the very creeky floorboards of a room occupied by a person who was clearly unable to sleep in the room about ours!! Also, very noisey selfish guests talking at full voice and slamming doors at 3.00 am on a Sunday Morning all contributed to a dreadful nights sleep.
