An excellent, modern hotel with a warm welcome, comfortable surroundings and the stunning landscape of the Peak District waiting to be explored on your doorstep. Certainly deserving of it's reputation as one of the areas better hotels its bright, contemporary design creates a place to stay that is as friendly as it is convenient. There is extensive car parking to guests and and all residents have access to the hotels's leisure facilities including indoor pool, gym and treatment rooms. (GW 12/2009) This is a modern, low rise building with a driveway circling a round garden at the front. The Derbyshire Hotel is conveniently located two minutes from Junction 28 of the M1 motorway in the beautiful countryside of South Normanton. Nearby major attractions include Chatsworth House and gardens, Alton towers and Matlock.
