Fountain Court Apartments - EQ2 Rooms
- 3 bed apartment
- Room offers 1 double bed and 2 twin bedded rooms with Italian designer furniture, contemporary fabrics and fully controllable central heating. Naturally, there's wireless broadband and a rather impressive entertainment system that includes an LCD cable television, superior CD player, room safe iron and ironing board, hairdryer and TVs in the master and second bedrooms The open plan living spaces include a generous dining area and a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances; most master bedrooms have an ensuite shower room with hi-fi speaker. The bathrooms have a superb multi-position Grohe shower. (The three-bedroom apartment compromise of a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second and third room.

- For business, for pleasure, our location could hardly be bettered. With its pretty setting on Union Canal, the peaceful surroundings at EQ2 belie its location in the heart of the city. A terrific apartment, with all that was needed for a stay... wonderful kitchen and bathroom facilities, and huge, comfortable beds. close to centre, and the fascination of the Union Canal. The entry was a little confusing, especially with having to enter from an alternate place to the reception.. overall Wonderful!

World travellers 2009
Great location/good price/helpful staff
Our experience at the Fountain Court Apts EQ2 was very pleasant. Our apartment was very lovely, modern, and clean. The location was great, very close to Old Town and within walking distance of just about everything. Several restaurants are right across the canal from the apartment complex, so very convenient. Our 2nd night in the apartment, we had a gas leak in the gas meter. The person in the reception office handled the situation very well, calling the gas company and moving us into another apartment for the remaining 3 nights of our stay. Overall, the experience was very nice and we would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Edinburgh, especially for a longer period of time.

Excellent facilities - relatively new in good condition, very good location in relation to Edinburgh attractions, secure basement garage but unfortunately expensive overall.

Have stayed here several times
Have stayed here several times - it is a good base for business users. Can seem a bit off the track but in fact centrally located. The location is ideal for a city centre base - no traffic noise and very little pedestrian noise too. Very noisy early morning carpet cleaning in the hallway and being phoned up by reception 5 minutes after the due checkout (making me go back into room I was exiting) were only two niggles. They seem to have stopped leaving breakfast items in the fridge - no great hardship as there are several minmarkets nearby including a Sanisburys and Co-op. Pleasnat, reasonably kitted out, anonymous accomodation near Edinburgh city centre at a reasonable rate (for the UK).

Komfortables Wohnen in zentraler Lage
Modernes Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Alle Geräte waren i.O.! Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und man war am Grasmarket oder auf der Princess Street. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
