Not the best experience
We had one set of towels for an entire week. The towelring came of the wall. The pipes made an incredible noice when we turned on the water. The first morning our toaster caused a circuitbreak. We made notice of all of that. We needed to go to a different location to do so, 'cause the reception was on a different adres. It was supossed to be fixed. That night we had no electricity, 'cause nobody had done anything. So we made a phonecall. The person on the phone told us to find the fusebox and flip up some switches. It was only after a discussion somebody came out to help us. The toaster was removed. That's all they did. We had to beg for a new one the next morning. Things go wrong, but I'm disappointed in the way they handled it.

weekend away with friends
sadly this apartment didnt live up to the expectations we had. The room was on the top floor, the stair wells were very dull and uneven stairs. The photos show a different front to the apartment which looks like there is parking however after hiring a car to enjoy edinburgh, we were sadly left with no parking as the parking was permit holders only. therefore the car was left at a friends house until our return to the airport. The apartment was so very hot that it made sleeping uncomfortable. There was meant to be breakfast cereals etc on arrival however this was not the case. the room was nicely decorated however it appeared that whoever had decorated had rushed it as the wall paper was coming off in places. for the price we paid i expected the room to be comfortable, easily accessible with parking, however we both feel our stay was not as good as it could have been given the apartment and parking issues

This was not an apartment at all
This was not an apartment at all as advertised but was an en-suite room with a fridge, microwave and an electric hotplate on a bookshelf. The bathroom door, door-frame and skirting board were unpainted and there was no toilet roll holder. There were bare electrical wires coming from the bedroom ceiling. There were no staff on site to deal with problems or enquiries. It was clean, well furnished and the bed was comfortable.
