good location for a long weekend

The hotel was very pricey for the price there were works going on with fixing the roof so we spent our days and nights with continuous noise of a generatora above us as the hotel is on the top floor of the buiilding, we asked what could be done but alas the young girl said if we moved rooms we would have the street noise so there was no result the cooked breakfast was cold as the food warmer was not working efficiently and the lid broken so we had to hold it up whilst managing to hold the plate putting food on as well. the breakfast area was decorated with the well known swedish firm with extremely blunt cutlery.as for the cleanliness of the bedroom hairs, dust and mould on the window ledge,very basic for the amount paid.
