The hotel was a treat for a weary
The hotel was a treat for a weary traveller with all or most of the facillities desired. Near the motorway for access, near the centre of Glasgow for visiting and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was Scottish traditional and substantial. The arrangements made by Hotel Club were excellent and the smooth transitions into and out of the hotel were splendid.

Great location to downtown
Location to downtown was great and an easy walk. Easy to get on to the motorway and relatively close to the airport. It was quiet. We took the B&B for 2 and received a great price. Very worthwhile. The Davis Cup tennis teams were staying there. The room was comfortable and very clean. We did have a problem with the lift for a couple of days. They have 3 but one was down long term and left with 2. One was down for 2 days causing serious delays. We accessed the staff lift which helped. Bathroom off the lobby was deplorable. "Do not" make "any" calls from your room. My wife made 3 and it cost me 26 pounds. That may have cost $4. in Canada. They have 2 business internet computors but often down to 1. Some problems they need to work out.

Great room with good view & excellent
Great room with good view & excellent leisure facilities. Bit awkward to walk to from station and long walk away from conference centre. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

A first class, extremely comfortable
A first class, extremely comfortable and modern hotel. Beds and (especially) pillows were most comfortable - we have always preferred feather to 'rubber slab' pillows and this made a welcome change. Staff were polite, welcoming and most helpful; breakfast was good, varied and plentiful - we are vegetarians and our preference was well addressed with vegetarian sausages and even vegetarian haggis! The bedroom was large, thoughtfully laid out and contained every facility guests would require. There was a problem setting the in-room safe but a member of the security staff attended to it swiftly and efficiently. We have never given a hotel 100% all round in over 50 years of travelling so this is a well deserved first for the Hilton. Expensive? Yes, at normal hotel rates but through [website] the price was reasonable and affordable luxury. Keep it up!

I had a lovely stay the catering staff especially the chefs were so friendly and the breakfast was really good. Only slight complaint is some of the furniture in our room was a bit scratched but apart from that I loved it !!

excellent hotel - location is
excellent hotel - location is handy but not pretty. parking is only £10 for residents per day, doesn't state that at the car park entrance so I drove around trying to park nearby to avoid the ludicrous £32 for more than 12 hours that was advertised.

Stayed overnight at Glasgow Hilton
Stayed overnight at Glasgow Hilton prior to attending a funeral. Although I was on my own, I was given a very spacious double room which was very clean with everything I required provided. I wasn't able to use the pool or gymnasium. However, I did use the bistro-style restaurant for dinner and breakfast. It was buffet-style and the food was very good indeed with plenty of choice. The wine was reasonably priced, I felt, for a hotel and the staff were very efficient and pleasant without being over attentive. Together with the very competitive rate I obtained through [website], I would definitely recommend this hotel. Due to the bad weather whilst I was there, my return to London was delayed and I had to book into a hotel at Glasgow Airport. Whilst my room was, again, clean with reasonable facilities, I realised how quiet my room at the Hilton had been with no disturbance at all, which could not be said for the second hotel and which cost me considerably more!

Our one night stay was very comfortable
Our one night stay was very comfortable and the service was attentive and friendly as you would expect in Glasgow. The only small quibble was having to pay over £8 a glass for an average Pinot Grigio. Sancerre or Chablis as that price perhaps but not Pinot! However the room rate was competitive and they have to make the margin somewhere I suppose!
