Needs a touch up

Comforatble enough room but one lamp shade was completely broken, kettle had to plugged into socket by door as nearest socket to table was too old and couldnt fit in, one lamp shade on wall was bent so if light was on the shade was burning. Old room, needs attention.

my first stay and not my last.

my first stay and not my last. your staff was excellent and your location is absolutely the best for exploring the beautiful city of Glasgow. i do recomment that you install wifi throughout the building rather than requiring guests to hang in the lobby for access. business travel demands this asset for travel lodging. safety and security controls were noticed and appreciated i moved to the millennium after a brief stay in another hotel with a group i will certainly recommend millennium to my group for next year much better than another hotel about 2 blocks away at a higher price!

Location is right next door to

Location is right next door to Glasgow Queen Street train station and on George Square. It was easy walking to all places we wished to visit while in Glasgow. Close to good restaurants. Large room in old building. We would be happy to stay here on any future visit to Glasgow.

pretty poor

I will keep it short. The room was pretty poor, carpets stained, wallpaper stained, leak in wall from bathroom into bedroom when shower was used. Got twin room when I wanted a double, single bed for a big man is not so good. On the plus side the location can't be beat and the bar was lovely overlooking George Sq. The rooms need a major renovation.

A quick visit

Location is great and the staff are very helpful, effficient and friendly but the hotel rooms are in need of an update. Carpets are lifting in various places in the corridors and the small details are a bit shabby. The rooms are VERY clean and if you can get a good rate for the hotel I would recommend it as a central place to stay.

Location of the hotel was very

Location of the hotel was very good for local facilities. However, location of our room was immediately above the dance floor of a very noisy wedding reception. The room was very dated. We did get a good deal through hotel club but we felt we were put in an inferior room to reflect the price we paid.

Had a great one night stay at

Had a great one night stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic and check in and check out were very efficient. The room was far bigger and more recently refurbed than expected. Would definitely use this hotel again.
