Great place to stay

The staff were very friendly and the room was a fairly good size. It is centrally located so you could get to many places either walking or catching a bus if you wanted to go out of town. This was probably the best place I have stayed on my fourth trip to Hull and will stay here the next time as well.

Good Location and near by Hull station which shopping mall just 1min walk. However, bathroom is not too clean but receptionist are very nice. Dinner in restaurant are also good.

En mi opinión es un hotel aceptable, teniendo en cuenta que los hoteles en UK dejan mucho que desear en relación a los españoles. Por ese precio, debería estar aún mejor. Pero la verdad, es que recordando otras experiencias...este es un hotel muy recomendable

Big hotel with a human touch

Spent one night just after Christmas. Hotel almost empty with the staff we met n=very helpful and all our needs were more than satisfied. Good value too.

Went to Hull for a friends wedding and had a great stay. Rooms are clean and we had a nice room on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. Food was great and the staff friendly. Would visit again.

Description
The Beverley Arms Hotel opened in 1794 as a coaching inn located in the medieval town centre with the race course nearby and any number of stately homes and great gardens on your doorstep. Dick Turpin, the highwayman, stayed here and we have a conference room named after him. You can invite up to 60 of your friends for a dinner-dance as well. If you're interested in the sea there's a new attraction nearby - The Deep - the world's only submarium. The locals tell us the food is good and you will be very comfortable. If you haven't seen the Yorkshire Dales, you really don't know what you're missing.

Rooms clean but a little shabby

Rooms clean but a little shabby at the edges. Great for the races and close to the middle of town. given the races were on checking in after 2.00 when the races start at 2 showed little regard for customers and when asked reception showed no inclination whatsoever to help. Didn't use the restaurant or breakfast but had a lovely breakfast a couple of doors down at a lovely cafe for half the price!

The car park was full when we arrived because of parties in the hotel. The room was tired looking and cold although a fan heater was supplied. No room for breakfast the first morning vso ate in the bar. The bar had run out of gin in late afternoon.
Very conveniently situated so perfect for walking around town but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment.

booked hotel room for guest and when they arrived they discovered that hotel room was not paid for. Had to spend much time on phone getting situation sorted out. Very embarrasing for me and guest was very upset. Call to confirm reservations when booking on line..You may be arrive at hotel and not have a room..
