This is excellent budget type accommodation offering superb value for money. It is modern and yet basic, and ideal for single travellers, couple travellers or groups who want to stay in single or double rooms only. There is also a fabulous leisure club and pool within the complex. ****** IF A TWIN / TRIPLE ROOM IS REQUIRED, PLEASE JUST BOOK 2 / 3 SINGLE ROOMS (WHICH WILL BE PLACED NEAR EACH OTHER) AS THEY ARE ALL CHARGED AT THE SAME PRICE*********THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN****** (GW 07/2008) This is a large purpose built modern apartment complex which opened only a couple of years ago. Grosvenor House is on the doorstep of the main campus of De Montfort University. Set in a prime location, the hall is situated between the campus and the city centre, where you will find many bars, shops and other entertainment facilities all within a five minute walk.

Modern Single and Double en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo). A TV is available in the lounge which is shared by the other rooms in the apartment (Between 3-6 rooms depending on size of apartment).
