Ideal Location

Stayed for one night for a concert at the Echo Arena. Went to The Beatles Story and the waterfront area the next day. It was ideally located for these. The room was very quiet, no noise from any neighbours. The room was relatively clean. The shower was great, very powerful. The parking was £12 but we had no trouble finding a space and the car park felt very safe. Breakfast was okay with a good choice of food. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Expensive Stopover For The Money

Clean, modern, hotel but far too expensive on the night I stayed and had a cold, unwelcoming feel.

Great 2 night Stay

Great breakfast, good room, fantastic shower, 10 mins from city center and right next door to Liverpools only brew pub. Real ale drinkers be prepared. The only down side comfortable bed but could be bigger and more importantly the receptionist when checking in was rude and condescending.

Excellent overnighter

We spent a night at Hampton whilst Christmas shopping in Liverpool. It is just a few minutes walk to the riverside attractions and the main shops around Liverpool One. The staff were really friendly and helpful whilst the room was spotless. The car park under the hotel was ideal for us to return with our shopping for safe storage after we had checked out.

Overnight stay

Perfect service. Telephoned while driving in and the gentleman on the phone talked us to the hotel, then came out to meet us and guide us to the carpark, as the hotel was surrounded by road works. Reception staff friendly, breakfast staff friendly. The only down side was the sloppiness of the mattress. Both of us had a poor nights sleep. Also the hotel promotes 24 hours parking, what is neglected, is that this is only up to check out time at 12:00. We arrived about 4 and expected to be able to stay till 4 the next day but had to pay an extra £5 on top.

Good Value for Money at the Hampton

Great location for Albert Dock and Liverpool One shops. Brilliant views from our 6th floor room. Hotel very clean, rooms very comfortable, and basement car park very handy. Self service Breakfast offers good selection but can get very busy at times, (go early!).

City break

We found the hotel to be very trendy at first glance. Staff were very helpful in switching us from a double to a twin room. Room was very spacious and clean. One criticism would be that i did not like the lack of table service-having to go to the bar to order food, get drinks etc. Also the food menu was very limited and basic. Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely come back.

Perfect location, great hotel

Hotel is in a perfect location with shopping and entertainment all within a short walking distance. Staff were welcoming friendly and helpful. The room was an ideal size and really comfy. There was plenty of food to choose from for Breakfast and was replenished frequently to keep up with demand. I would happily stay here again.
