One nigh of luxury
Had all the amenities and comfort you would come to expect from a Hilton combined with the famous "Scouse" hospitality made this the most comfortable stay I have had a a hotel for years well done Liverpool Hilton!

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious with all mod cons and is spotlessly clean. The bathroom was nice too. We stayed in a standard room which was excellent value for money. The bar is a bit on the expensive side but then thats normal for hotels. Breakfast was good as there was plenty of choice although the bacon was a bit over done for me. The staff are really pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is situated right in heart of Liverpool One and is handy for accessing the Albert Dock and the new Liverpool Museum . The shopping area is right on the door step with a good selection of restaurants and bars within easy reach. I would definitely stay here again!

Couple on hols
Best location to Albert Docks and City
I had been to Liverpool before and I wanted a hotel that was close to everything without having to get a taxi. Rooms where big, and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was brilliant! Service was excellent and the staff where very friendly. I also got to use my taste-card in the exchange restaurant in the hotel. So it was a bargin weekend plus it was a Bank Holiday! Smiley faces all around! (thumbs up!!!)

the hotel was in the best part
the hotel was in the best part of the city, in walking distence, from everything... We had only 1 thing to say about the serive was that we must have asked at least 100 times in the 3 nights of our stay for more tea and coffee for the room and we could be still waiting ????? but other then that a brilliant weekend loved it.

Service passt nicht zum Hilton-Hotel
Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren gut; der Service nicht aufmerksam genung, unser Zimmer wurde nur sehr dürtig gereinigt. Allerdings ist das Hilton-Hotel schön gelegen, nah des Flusses und der Shopping-Zone. Würde aber das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
