Lovely modern hotel in a great city
Lovely room, not too far from the centre or albert docks. The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The only complaint I would have is that you can't completely turn off the air conditioning unit (due to the windows in the room not opening apparently), so there is a constant hymning - this is not good for light sleepers like myself. I would stay again but next time i'd take ear plugs!

No issues everything was very good it was ideally located for us the room was immaculate very clean. all the things we requested twin beds valet parking english breakfast were there. Yes I would stay there again. As with all hotels drinks in the bar are expensive!

Overpriced !! Letdown
It was stated bath robe and slippers with a daily paper delivered ??? This did not happen and we paid extra for business class suite very expensive mini bar ! Pleasant breakfast delivered to room for a little extra not the cleanest room bottle top under bed stains on towels and asked for mon smoking room but had cigarette burns on bedside cabinet ? , room was a little tired and worn not what you expect for £138 per night !!!!!!! Then to top it off had to wait an hour for our car to be brought up from there carpark and was charged £20 to park !!!

nice hotel
big lobby, room is an ok size. bathroom is 4*. Staff are polite and helpful. bar prices are very expensive - same drink was half the price in Matthew street, 2 handles broken in the room. give room only to be asked to move.

Staff friendly and helpful but I was glad I kept track of my account as they charged the wrong amount for breakfast - which they corrected and also charged for breakfast when I hadnt arrived. They provided a fold away bed for my third guest which was uncomfortable and not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.

Highly enjoyable stay
Greeted by friendly and warm staff. Offered us help with our bags to our room, and explained everything throughly for us. Made sure we was comfortable. Provided us with a smoking room at short notice. The rooms were amazingly clean and spacious.

Double bed was two singles stitched
Double bed was two singles stitched together - why are residents not told of this? Bathroom was stained with rust on shower door. Very noisy on NY eve nite , people running around and shouting! Not impressed for £98.

Ecellent new hotel well fitted

Hotel was good, but slightly out
Hotel was good, but slightly out of the main strip. Bar was not fantastic with no real atmosphere. besides that would certainly stay here again.
