OK For A Night

Great location but 'tired' looking. Rooms are OK but as it's an old building single glazing makes for a very noisy night! Breakfast service not great - ran out of bread & orange juice.

Excellent location, especially

Excellent location, especially if you're into shopping! Two negatives - booking for afternoon tea not made by reception staff and bar staff completely forgot a drinks order. Not able to use restaurant on Thursday evening as they hold a weekly "chic flick"/dinner which was fully booked. We should have been informed of this in advance. Excellent breakfast. Overall would recommend hotel and would go again.

Pas super

L'hôtel est très bien situé mais il mérite une bonne rénovation. Il y a beaucoup de bruit la nuit car il y a un bar dans la ruelle derrière. Le déjeuner inclus est en déjeuner continental et non un english breakfast comme mentionné lors de la réservation.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Wir hatten 7 Tage gebucht und zwei getrennte Betten erwünscht, was nicht realisiert wurde. Das Zimmer hatte sehr hohe und einfachst verglaste Fenster, so dass es nicht warm (November) wurde, so dass wir Tag und Nacht die Gardinen geschlossen hatten, um die wenige Wärme im Zimmer zu behalten. Im Bad kein Heizkörper. Die zweite Zudecke war fleckig, gesaugt wurde das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum, aber auch aufgrund der nicht isolierten Fenster dann eben laut. Frühstück war inbegriffen und o.k.
